Worst experience ever! I left upset on how rude the sales rep was. Christina told me she didn’t have the time for me. I really thought I was going to find my dress there. Well thank you Christina for single handling ruining this experience for me. I walked in with a list of the dresses I wanted to try on. She only handed me 3 from my list of 14, and one she kept on pushing for.
I’m a fortunate bride that can afford whatever dress I want. She judged that my family, bridal party, and my self could not afford any dress in the run down store and suggested I go elsewhere.
The store doesn’t give you a warm and fuzzy feeling. It’s run down, the sample dresses are falling apart, cob webs in the ceiling, floor was disgusting. I looked past all that because I always dreamed of wearing a demetrio’s dress. Thanks Christina for ruining that one. Did I mention she insulted my family and was super disrespectful. I’m assuming she started to get jealous of my situation and just took it out on me and my bridal party. I will never step foot in that store again.
I did talk to a few other brides who happen to have a horrible experience at the store as well. One poor bride to be happened to also have Christina as the sales associate.

Christina (the associate that was helping us) was horrible. She was rude and made disrespectful comments to the bride. She assumed that the bride didn’t have the budget for the dress and decided she didn’t have time for us. I overheard her comment and was furious! We complained to the manager that attempted to remedy the situation, but there is no coming back from that. My sister in law was so angry she was in tears. This was her dream bridal store! The ironic thing is… she has unlimited budget for the dress! Beyond disappointing!!!

Demetrios was the first place that I visited to search for a wedding gown. I’d been recommended by other brides as well as a few of my bridesmaids. I was determined to only go to two spots at least to avoid being overwhelmed by options and second guessing what I really wanted. Like a lot of reviewers mentioned, the exterior of the building leaves a lot of be desired. The inside looks somewhat like an old office building but their options and service definitely make up for it! Personally I wasn’t crazy about their bridesmaid dress options, but that’s just because I’d already found perfect one beforehand and were just looking to see what they had there. Our wedding is more of a bohemian theme so the dresses there just seemed to «elegant» for what I was going for. I can not remember out consultant’s name but she was incredible! She really listened to what I wanted when I described the perfect dress for me. She asked if I had a Pinterest board (what girl doesn’t these days?) and looked at every dress that I pinned. And she was off. She found 10 different dresses for me to try on. All different cuts, materials, silhouettes. I tried on all 10 dresses but the 2^nd one, the one we landed on, was absolutely perfect. It was everything that I wanted and everything I could’ve asked for in a dress shopping experience. They deck you out in dress, sash, veil, everything and really make it like you’re on «Say Yes to the Dress». I recommend going during a trunk sale. I think they have them once a month and I got my dress 25% off. My dress arrives in January so I will update this posts once everything is said and done!

Demetrios was the third bridal shop I went to and I found my dream dress thanks to my wonderful consultant Cindy! The price was reasonable, especially for the quality and couture detailing of the dress.
All of the ladies in the shop were very friendly and helpful even when I stopped my unexpected ans Cindy was not there.
I’m looking forward to the custom touches alterations will add to my dress to have me looking fabulous on my wedding day.

This was the first bridal store I went to when searching for a wedding dress. Daisy was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel special and beautiful, and she was extremely helpful.
I loved the store itself and felt like a model stepping up onto a stage every time I came out with a dress on. Definitely one of the best wedding dress shopping experiences I had.
I didn’t end up getting a dress here because they are a little more expensive than my budget, but I definitely recommend this store for any bride who wants to actually enjoy her experience with trying on dresses!

Daisy made me feel beautiful and special. She was extremely respectful of my budget and went out of her way to make my mom feel included. I would recommend to anyone!

As other Unilocalers have mentioned, the outside of this store leaves a lot to be desired, but when I walked in I was surprised. I visited this store for bridesmaid dresses and they did not disappoint. They had a fantastic selection and every aisle was colored coordinated. It was so well organized and it really helped make the process go a little more smooth. Cindy helped me throughout my visit and she was amazing. She did not rush me or make me feel pressured at all even when she knew I would not purchasing be purchasing a dress that day. I will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and will be going back to get my dress. Thank you :)

Cindy was fantastic helping me select among wedding dresses! She listened to my dress preferences and provided me with excellent choices, all the while being patient and offering helpful, honest feedback. I could not have asked for a better lady to help me try on dresses. The store itself had a great selection of beautiful dresses and the cleanliness and large mirrors made for a pleasant experience.
I’ve been turned off entire bridal stores by how pushy/​over-​enthusiastic employees can be. Cindy was nothing like this. I would certainly have purchased a dress from her if not for the logistics involved and, by happenstance, finding a hugely discounted dress near where I live. I live in Washington, DC (I was in my hometown of FL dress shopping for the holidays) and it ended up being easier to get a dress closer by. I only wish Cindy could receive the credit!

Fantastic selection of bridal, bridesmaid, and special event dresses. The staff is super helpful and was able to help me pick out a wedding dress that I loved! I also had my dress altered here and they did a pretty good job.
This probably isn’t the place you want to go if you are looking to save money. Especially for bridesmaids dresses; I believe my sister spent over $ 300 for her dress. However the dress was beautiful, unique, and she will be able to wear it again (I know everyone says that, but it’s true with this dress!).
The wedding dress alterations were expensive, but about in the price range I expected for a wedding dress. I was told to expect anywhere between $ 300 – 500, and I believe I paid about $ 375 for pretty standard alterations.
It’s best to make an appointment here so you have personalized one on one service.

The exterior of this building feels so deceiving, but the interior was well organized and clean. This is a traditional bridal shop in that dresses must be ordered and they arrive by a time-​table, in this case this may not be the best store for a short engagement bride unless she is willing to look at bridesmaids dresses (or your engagement is longer than 3 – 4 months away).
I walked in and explained my situation (short dress, short engagement-​3months) and was told I wouldn’t be able to order a wedding gown. The wonderful associate explained that instead I could look at the bridemaids dresses as they could be ordered in any color and within my timeframe.
While I didnt find anything, I did see some short dresses that were just what I was looking for, but couldnt have.
This may be a shop that is a bit far away from central area Orlando, but I wouldn’t dismiss it. This might be the shop for you.

I found my wedding dress here. They actually listen to you about what you want unlike A.A. I tried on 5 dresses and the last one was everything I was looking for. Josie was my sales person. She was so sweet and picked out all the dresses for me and helped me get into them. We also got my bridesmaid dresses here. The whole staff was wonderful. Great place to shop for a wedding gown!

After a long day of wedding dress shopping, I was elated to have found this store and its wonderful service. The associate who helped me was sweet, knowledgeable and easy to work with. And with her help, I found the «one.» That dress that every bride hopes to find. And to add to their credit, the store was willing to match the price I was hoping for.
It’s not the fanciest store nor the most posh, but their service, selection and genuine care for their customers makes this store top notch in my book.
