I would come to this location religiously every morning before work a few times a week. Never had any issues, in fact, the service was great! I started getting Chick Fil A for lunch too(I work nearby) & that’s when I immediately started noticing the dramatic difference in customer service. The first incident I went up to the window after ordering & the girl there seemed like she was distracted just reached out for my card without saying anything, greeting, total, asking if I wanted condiments. Same thing when she handed me my food. Regardless of this specific incident, I came back a few days later. The second incident I ordered a salad with no cheese. Once I get to the window I pay & start to leave but notice there’s cheese on my salad. No big deal, I thought, I’ll just get back in line & let them know. So back in the drive through I went & at the speaker I informed them about my order. «Ok we’ll change it for you at the window». Sounded good to me. I was still waiting in the line of cars, but I didn’t mind. Once I got to the window, the lady said to park up front while they made my salad. The parking spot they pointed to was directly in front of the exit in a cramped parking space. Cars would consistently entering & exiting behind that space making it difficult to leave. At this point I informed them that I didn’t want to park in that cramped spot. A guy in the back by the name Jason I believe? Came to the window & questioned me by saying«did you even say you wanted no cheese» & then said«you’re backing up my line». I was taken aback, this was«chick Fil a» not a ghetto Church’s chicken. The man then YELLED«SANDY I NEEDYOUTOHURRYUPWITHTHATSALADTHISCARDOESNTWANTTOMOVEOUTOFMYLINE». There were two young girls working there with fear in their faces. One even said«oh my gosh I don’t know what’s going on». I asked her for the manager & the woman Jason was yelling at «Sandy» came to the window. After I explained the disrespect that I received she said«ma’am that’s our protocol». Excuse me??? Protocol requires being a ghetto, rude, asshole? Asked her for the owners info & email since they don’t offer the survey on the bottom of the receipt. I haven’t been to this chick fil a after that!

I am giving this location 3 stars because the food was good. My complaints are as follows: 1. I arrived at 2:15 in the afternoon in the drive thru with 4 – 5 cars ahead of me, and I didn’t leave there until nearly 3:00pm. 2. I ordered the Cobb salad and I didn’t get all of my condiments(that’s kind of what makes the salad…). I won’t go back to this location not even to go inside because if you park your car your bound to get blocked in. I think they need a better system & they would run more efficiently.

Went through the drive through at 7:30am, I was the first one in line so I gave her my order and she didn’t get it right, so I kept repeating it. Fine. Got my food, we even joked about the order taking at the window. Got to the office and I find our breakfast sandwiches with a sliver of chicken if you can believe it! I’ve never gotten such little chick from Chick Fil A!!! Called the store to politely let them no and no answer, that just upset me at this point. Disappointed.

I went at lunch and they had people outside taking orders and accepting money. It helped the lunch rush so much. Everyone is always smiling and super friendly!

I’ve been eating at Chick fil A since the early 70’s. They used to be only in the mall. My brother and I would sneak away from our mom and walk by the girl giving out free samples. We’d go back and forth until we were full. The only thing I like on the menu is the chicken and pickles. I don’t like the ice cream or the shakes. I some times like the fries when they are nice and hot. The salads are good with the chicken added. However there isn’t anything else I like; including the lemonade which I find too tart. I usually have to cut it with water. Overall totally acceptable for fast good.

This location is ALWAYS mad busy, but the staff is ALWAYS smiling & friendly. I work down the street from this location, so I eat here often, & have never had an unpleasant experience. They provide world class customer service!

There’s never usually a reason to write a review for a fast food place… if I do, it is usually because of outstanding service or… to point out something that isn’t right. While I love Chick-fil-A, this location is now participating in a practice that I think is unfair… automatically upsizing without asking you first. Actually, they asked if you want to upsize your hash browns. When I say no and pay at the window, I realized that they did automatically upsize my coffee without asking me. This simply is not right… actually its deceptive and probably goes against the mission of Chick-fil-A. I know this seems like a silly thing, but it is a practice that I think is unfair to consumers.

Nice Chick-Fil-A with good, quick service and friendly staff. If you like Popeye’s spicy chicken, try Chick-Fil-A’s spicy chicken sandwich. That’s good sammich. As with other Chick-Fil-As, they have the best fries. Sorry, McD’s.

It’s Chick-Fil-A. What’s not to like? Chicken, waffle fries, sweet tea and ice dream! Yum. This is not the easiest location to get into, nor is it the most friendly, but the food is consistent. I prefer the one at Hunt Club or even Altamonte Mall, if I’m already in there. There is a double drive-thru though and that is a plus!
