Our friends wanted dessert after catching a movie and we ended up here. It was still busy and hopping at 10:45pm, but we luckily got a table for our group(there are only 4 tables with 2 chairs each for seating). Everything looked very rich and decadent, but while standing in line, I decided to check ingredients list and realized my 1st choice — the Sweet Cream flavor had ingredients listed like: corn syrup, Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum, Mono & Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80! Hm — I wouldn’t think vanilla ice cream made with the«finest quality ingredients» would need anything beyond cream, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla! I ended up getting just plain chocolate as that and the dark chocolate flavours were the only two on the ingredients list that had limited amount of what I consider to be not-real food, but I can’t believe I paid $ 5 bucks for the privilege of putting chemicals in my mouth :(C’mon Cold Stone Creamery — you can put better quality ingredients in your ice-cream! I will say however, service was excellent and staff were super friendly, which is why it’s 2 stars rather than 1. But I don’t plan on coming back to any of these stores again, unless their ingredients change!

The staff here was AWESOME. My 10 year old nephew wanted to try a few things first before ordering and they were so patient. The ice cream is what you’d expect at Cold Stone. The staff made it an enjoyable experience.

The atmosphere is great. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean. However, the shake was terrible. All I could taste is a handful of peanut butter mixed with a bucket of sugar. The shake was so sweet, I had to stop after my second Sip. Come on cold stone you can do better than that.

Awesome ice cream! Unfortunately, they have a terribly disgusting bathroom. I would definitely come again for the sweets.

Cold Stones is my favorite ice cream place of all time. I always have good service and awesome ice cream. I usually get Birthday Cake Remix which was recommended my many people. The ice cream is on the pricy side, but you definitely get what you pay for. I have been going here for over 5 years and haven’t been disappointed once. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for really awesome ice cream.

This is my favorite place to get ice cream. I have tried other places since going to Cold Stone but I always find myself wishing I had went to Cold Stone instead. I will agree with other reviewers that it is a bit over priced though. This particular store does seem to be under staffed. There is usually a long line, especially during the weekends. The tables are almost always dirty.

I’ve always liked ice cream. But because of THIS particular Cold Stone… I am now obsessed! We seriously come here 2 sometimes 3x a week! The staff knows us. They’re even kind enough to mix us up some special concoctions if we bring in unopened packages of things. wink wink… nutella and nutter butters ;-) make sure you get the frequent buyer stamp card. For some reason, they never have them in stock. But, they’ll stamp your receipt and you can bring those back to get your freebie.

Stone Cold Creamery has good ice cream, my main problem with them is that they are way overpriced. This IS ice cream, for crying out loud! There is no way 3 people(one is a child) should have to pay $ 20 for ice cream. I do like their custom cakes– and ordered one for my son’s birthday. The online ordering process is easy and they allow you to customize the cake. I was a little disappointed that they cake didn’t look better, but it tasted good and was so big it lasted a while. My favorite flavor is their birthday cake. You can’t go wrong with whatever mix-ins you decide on. Just don’t go too crazy or you’ll spend a small fortune! PS– Cold Stone often has coupons for a couple of bucks off in the newspaper or in regional coupon books.

I stopped in here yesterday afternoon after having lunch at Jersey Mike’s(just around the corner) and to get some mojito sorbet. I’d heard about it being the«flavor of the month,» or something along those lines, for August. I tried to obtain some at the Cold Stone in Winter Park last week, but that location has, much to my surprise, closed and been replaced by a shop that does not resemble Cold Stone in very many, or any, ways. As far as I know, this Cold Stone in Altamonte Springs now is the closest one to where I live, so I had to take advantage of being nearby since I otherwise may have procrastinated and missed out on this sorbet I wanted to try. My mother said she’d get me whatever I wanted(I know, she rules!) as a treat, and she said it was okay to order the largest size take-home container. I thought that was a bit excessive, but she seemed to insist. So, I took home a very large container of mojito sorbet. I think it cost her $ 7-something. Haha. Well, it WAS her idea, so I don’t have any sympathy for her for paying that much. The sorbet is very good and I’m now glad that there’s a lot of it. I may have to try some lime sorbet or sherbet, like the Publix brand, to see how different it is from what I got from Cold Stone. The flavors are similar, and the sorbet reminded me of lime sherbet. I haven’t had lime sherbet in a long time, though … maybe I was just so glad to have a sorbet of this flavor that it was bringing back memories from when I last had the sherbet from Publix or elsewhere. I don’t know. Sorry, I’m rambling again. I’ll probably be back here at some point, though I can’t say when. This location isn’t all that close to where I live, and I also prefer such places as Rainbow Sno-Cones, Jeremiah’s and Twisted Bliss. Still, there’s a lot of good stuff here. I’ll never say«No» to this place if I’m asked to go, though, as I said, there are other places I prefer.

Not too big on Cold Stone, but I went last night and it was pretty good… Menchies is better! And, so is Jeremiah’s.

Cold Stone’s pistachio with graham cracker crust and roasted almonds mixed in is my absolute favorite ice cream. Cold Stone is the Starbucks of Ice Cream. What I mean by that is that it costs $ 2 more than it should and has way too many decisions for people to make to order something relatively simple. While the ice cream is good, this location seems a bit under staffed. My last visit featured a long line, sticky tables, and a restroom that was out of order.
