I really liked their empanadas! Good quick stop for decent Colombian snacks like their arepas

I ate at this place for the first time today with my husband. I have been dying to try this place so we thought we would stop there and have quite snack. We shared some enpenadas and they were really good especially the cheese ones. It is a cute place to get a quick snack or some lunch. Really friendly.

Small place near Altamonte. Food was ok between the table we ordered a burger, arepas, empanadas, and hot dogs. Everything was mediocre except for the empanadas. Burgers had a thin patty over cooked. Everything just wasn’t tastie. The only good thing was the smoothies and empanadas.

Very oily and simply not tasty. The workers don’t speak English well, so be careful ordering food — it might still have something inside that you can’t have even if you asked not to put it there(like it was in my case). The worst Colombian food I’ve ever tried.

The Colombian Burger here is fabulous! Next time you’re in the area, please try it out, it’s delicious! Also give the Latin sodas a chance if you haven’t already! My fave is Colombiana which tastes like Champagne-soda from Norway!

I was lost in Orlando and hungry! I happen to drive Luna Station and decided to try it. It is a very small building located within the parking lot of a gas station. They have a Colombian flag hanging outside so I got really excited as I had never tried Colombian food. There is no option for dining in, only outside tables but it’s ok because Florida’s coldest temperature is in the 50s. I ordered arepa con carne mixta(arepa with mixed meat), 2 empanadas de carne con papa(potato and meat empanada) and licuado de(lulo milk shake). The total was a little less than $ 20, not bad! The arepa was very similar to a Mexican sope… or another way to describe would be to think of a fried pita bread but slightly less doughy. The owner put shredded beef and chicken with two types of non-spicy sauces. She offered pickled jalapeños…perhaps because I had told her I was Mexican? lol(Side note: The only latino food that is spicy is Mexican). The empanadas were H-E-A-V-E-N! Yes, with caps! The crust was crispy, had great seasoning, it was fried but not oily and light. The filling was mashed potatoes with ground beef. I think she could’ve added a bit more beef but it was so yummy I didn’t mind. My lulo milk shake was delicious! I had never tried lulo but the owner explained it was similar to an orange but more sour than orange. The sour taste with the sugar added to the milk shake gave it a great balance. Keep in mind though, latino milk shakes are not like American milk shakes. They consist of only milk + fruit + sugar(sorry, no ice cream). The owner was super friendly, sweet and hospitable. You know this is an authentic Colombian establishment when you see a lot of the Hispanic locals arrive and request food. If I go back to Orlando, Luna Station will be one of the places I hit again.

Just had some Colombian empanadas from there, 6 chicken and 6 beef. They sucked. Not only were they small but they were filled with mostly potatoes and rice with barely any meat. I won’t be getting empanadas from here again. It was a waste of money.

Their Ice Cream was a good value. Several flavors to choose from(we had strawberry, Oreo and rum raisin). Also had a fresh fruit salad with whip cream which was a great option for mom watching her sweets! Will be back for a batido with the kids!

My husband saw the reviews below, so we decided to try it out. YUM! We were quite impressed with the fresh fruit, real whipped cream and very affordable prices. The owner was so friendly and we enjoyed speaking to him a few minutes. We’re new to the area and are extremely glad that we found a nice local shop for a special treat. I highly recommend checking out this business. Easy to find on the corner of 427(17⁄92) and 436 — right next to the Citgo gas station. FYI — Parking could be an issue, but it’s well worth finding a spot for this refreshing treat! You’ll be glad you did!

I stopped by here with Chris R. after we went to Capt. Sal’s Po-Boys Sandwiches(it’s next door; see my forthcoming review) this afternoon. Before we went to the sandwich shop next door, I saw a sign that said«ice cream» and I wasn’t going to leave the premises without at least checking it out, though lunch had to be eaten first. As Chris did, I had a Batido, which is a Latin-inspired smoothie with fresh fruit and milk. Mine was blackberry, and his was strawberry. I didn’t try any of his, but I’m sure it was great. My blackberry Batido was wonderful and refreshing! The prices are very affordable; as Chris said in his own review, we each paid $ 2.50(plus a little tax) for our drink, which is a bargain. The owner is a very friendly and outgoing man from Queens, N.Y. and is running a very hospitable and hopefully successful shop. Stop by if you’re in the area! There’s lots more to choose from, including the aforementioned ice cream and more. See the pictures I’ve uploaded for further details and pricing. If you happen to stop by, go around the corner to Capt. Sal’s and check that out, too — I’m fairly certain that nearly every Unilocaler will enjoy both places. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to both Capt. Sal’s and Luna Station, which I hope will be soon! I can’t think of any places like this that are close-by, save for Bruster’s and SnoBall Xpress over by Lake Brantley High School, and even that’s several miles away via 436. Highly recommended! Support this small local business — you won’t be disappointed! P. S. The hours of operation are daily 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Really Good low priced smoothies, ice cream and milkshakes. I had the strawberry Batido which is a latin smoothie made with just milk and fresh fruit. It was really really good and only $ 2.50! This place is the only Ice Cream place within miles of this area, so go there and get some sweet treats!
