The owner of this store «michael» needs a lesson on how to gain loyal customers. I went into this store to purchase vitamins using my 10.00 off Birthday coupon sent to me from GNC. Michael informed me he would not take it since he already used my gold membership discounted price. He then proceeded to tell me if was to use my coupon he would not make enough money off the sale. My mouth almost hit the floor. To hear this from a business owner to a customer was disturbing. I left and went to the GNC in apopka on 441. Not only was I able to get my 10.00 off with no hassle or questions, I also received very friendly staff member who wished me a Happy Birthday and gave me several free samples to try. The experience I had at this store on forrest city Rd was truly disappointing and one that I have never had at any other GNC store. I will not recommend or be going back to this store EVER!

As a franchise GNC, you can find more of a variety of products here than at a corporate GNC store. Which is why I am love coming here. If they don’t have it, odds are they can order it for you.
I haven’t been here in years but had to venture in to get my brother some of the wheybolic gnc protein and noticed that they had my favorite pre-​workout powder in stock — Cellucor’s N-​Zero in fruit punch. Finally — a store that carries it.
Have to say after the buy one get one 50% off and 20% GNC gold card discount, I will certainly be returning to this store. And I was also happy with the fact that the woman who was working there used to be a female bodybuilder competitor so she has not only a vast amount of knowledge about the products but also about nutrition and exercise. A great combination for any store like this to have.
