I can’t recall how I got tied in to T-mobile for my services but they have been OK. Their coverage hasn’t been all that great and their costs aren’t really any better than any one else. To be honest, I think the entire ‘cell phone’ industry is run by Satan. No really. Have you ever read the fine print on the contracts that you sign blindly every time you get a new phone? To top it all off, Satan has his brother running the«insurance» offered when you get a new phone. WTF? Asurion? What a pile of steamy poop. There must be something better.

Dave and Steve are the best! After being with Sprint for 9 years I found out the hard way their new phones do not allow SVD(simultaneous voice and data). This is unacceptable. Theres no reason in the year 2015(almost) a phone can not take a call and look something up on the internet at the same time. Early in the day i stopped in and spoke to Dave. He laid out the plans they have, offered me an amazing deal they have going on till Dec 31st and answered all the questions I had. Which were a lot. As I was stunned about these new sprint spark phones unable to do SVD. LAter that Night I went to best buy to return my Sprint Note 4 and then came back to this T-Mobile. I saw gates over the windows like they were closing. Well. Apparently they were. I looked at the time and it was 7:58. I thought they were open till 9. I know technically, if a customer comes in the door they need to be served in most cases. BUt it still sucks for the employees. And not really good etiquette on the customers part. Dave wasnt there at this time. But Steve was. And even though it was 2 minutes to closing. And im sure he probably wasnt happy about a new customer coming in at last min, he never showed it. He stayed professional the whole time, even with a few issues that came up that made the process take a bit longer(ie. Slow computers, me looking up my sprint account info, ect). But in the end Steve hooked me up. I thank him for his patience and his excellent customer service. Also T-Mobile seems to have better plans. Sprint wants to charge you $ 15 a gig for hotspot. God for bid you go over. Youre getting nailed where it hurts. T-Mobile will give you 5 free gigs, and you can still continue to use your hotspot after that. just at slower speeds. No getting back doored by T-Mobile. If you’re a Sprint Customer on a s3 or a older s4, or maybe even a Note 2. Be warned. If you stick with Sprint you will lose your SVD capabilities when you buy a new phone like with a new s5 or Note 4. Switch carriers like everyone else to fix that issue. And if you plan on switching to T-Mobile. Stop in here and ask for Dave or Steve. — — UPDATE — — - EDIT: The information I was Givin is false. You do not get unlimted hotspot! Once you hit 5gig your done. Unless you pay a arm and a leg for more. This clearly affected my 5 star rating Of course you can always run a program called Odin, root your phone in 2 clicks. And Done. unlimited Hotspot forever. Only downside is no more OTA updates. Not a big deal. As you can flash a new update yourself The speed of tmobile impresses me greatly. I have bright house at my home. And t mobile is faster then my freakin home Internet connection. 20mbps down and 10 up My home is 12 down and 2 up. Smh.

One person working in this store made it a long wait to get service. Once I did, the current promotion was a complete scam. I was thinking about switching to t-mobile…
