This is my favorite place to eat at the mall. The service is always quick and the people are always friendly. The food is fresh and seems healthier than the other places. It’s nice to see variety in the Altamonte Mall considering we have 4 Asian choices in our food court. Many people are hesitant to eat here because they are afraid of spice. Don’t be! It’s not spicy, but it is very flavorful. And you can always for samples. They have a wonderful selection of choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. I highly recommend this place. Quick tip: they offer mall employee discounts!

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in the area. Both hubby and I loved the the garlic naan and chicken with spinach curry. We will definitely be back for this again. We got home later that day and were wishing we had bought more to bring home. The samosas were also very yummy as well. I wish there was one closer in Sanford. I have a feeling we’d be eating their quite often if they were. I can’t wait to try the rest of their stuff.

My wife and I have been looking for good, affordable indian food since we moved to this area. We were pleasantly surprised when we found this place in the Altamonte Springs mall of all places. Very good food for half the price of the local indian restaurants. The food portions are always large and filling, and the homemade rice pudding is a great finishing treat. If you like your food even more spicy they have a side of hot sauce that is excellent. They keep the place clean and the food seems to be of good quality. We like to do to-go orders which they stretch wrap for easy transport. We now eat there all the time and will definitely be telling more people about it!

Why can’t every mall have an iSpice?! Indian food, fast casual style. Albeit it is a mall food court outpost, the food is delectable, fresh, and the restaurant offers a wide variety of common Indian fare. A personal favorite is the tandoori chicken naan wrap. Their naan is made fresh, and is soft, flaky, and it melts in your mouth! The prices are quite reasonable for the portions. I do wish the samosas were not as greasy and soggy as they were. Otherwise, iSpice is a win for anyone craving a quick, hot and fresh Indian meal!

I ordered the platter with Chicken Tikka Masala, Paleek Paneer, and dessert. All the dishes seem dumbed down to avoid Indian spices. Indian food should always have some spiciness. Butter should not be more dominant than the spices. Naan bread was below average. They should call this place I DON’T SPICE!!!

Mall food isn’t always the best but after trying a sample of their naan with tikka masala sauce, I had to purchase the entire meal! I also sampled the curry chicken and it was delicious. It’s an added bonus how friendly the workers are.

The good came out quick and taste amazing. The naan was fresh and the curry was just the right temps tire of heat and spice. Don’t judge a book by its cover! An Indian restaurant in a food court might sound scary, but this is a gem among the common pebbles that usually line a food court.

Got the platter that comes with a chicken curry, veg, basmati rice, naan and a complimentary dessert. It truly hit the spot! The chicken saag curry was tasty, well-spiced and the spinach in it was really good. Always, always, always get the hot sauce because that really is the key to making it great meal instead of just good. Gonna keep coning back for more! Restores my faith in mall foodcourts!

This is hands down the best place to eat in the food court. It’s actually one of my favorite places to eat in the whole entire world. It’s so good that we are going out of our way to drive there for dinner and we don’t even need or want to go to the mall. The naan bread is perfectly cooked and fresh. It’s garlic seasoned and compliments every curry they carry. The curry is fantastic! My favorite is the cheese and spinach or the chicken ones! They let you sample the flavors for free and it is so delicious that I had a hard time choosing. The samosas were fresh, flakey and filled with heaven. I want this in my belly all the time.

Please give iSpice a try when you are at the mall! You will find a mild and easy to access entry to Indian food, that will make a nice change from typical mall food. The Naan is flaky the dishes are served buffet style and designed for service over the well done rice so they are sauce heavy. You are really missing out if you don’t give it a shot!

iSpice delivers a quick and tasty option from your typical mall food of Chinese, pizza, sandwiches and fries. For food located in the mall, it’s pretty good. The garlic Naan is made fresh to order which only takes a few minutes. They let you try samples of the chicken and vegetarian dishes if you ask. I have tried them all but always end up getting the chicken tikka masala. Portion size is just right and fills you up. Give it a try. It’s a nice change from all the others in Atlamonte Mall.

Great place to get a quick Indian lunch. The spice is mild but that is perfect for me. Beware that the sauces are thick and filling. You will get full quickly but you might keep eating and get a tummy ache like I did. Do yourself and favor and order the platter and separate it into two portions so you can enjoy it again later. If you are a naan fan I would get an extra order.

There is a very good reason this place consistently gets 4&5 stars… it’s F’n delicious!(can i curse on Unilocal?) Originally went here to grab a mango lassi and randomly decided to take a chance and get the chicken saagwala, though at the time I hadn’t ever tried Indian food before. My dish was absolutely delicious! The woman who was working there was very kind and accommodating, answering all of my questions about the food and even offering samples. This is the place that turned me on to my undying love for Indian cuisine. Thank you so much, iSpice!

Food and location is great. They serve pretty quickly and servings are generous. Food preparation is usually fresh. Tried their spinach masala chickpeas channa masala. Both dishes were really good. They give dessert(rice pudding) as well for each serving. It’s a great addition to the mall

Sometimes the choices at the mall food court can be a little less than appetizing. But this place is great. Fresh, delicious, and always satisfying. Its my go to place when i’m shopping at the mall. The food is easily 4 plus solid stars but the service is sometimes ehhh. It may not be super authentic indian food but still darn tasty.

iSpice was surprisingly good for mall food! I like Indian food a lot, so even though I had already had dinner I still had to try one of the samosas. It was pretty tasty, and I really liked the sauce that was served with it. My husband had a chicken tikka masala meal with rice and a side which he really enjoyed. His only gripe was that the portion of chicken seemed very small. He complained that the server was actually shaking the chicken off of the serving spoon before putting it in the container so he got less chicken and more sauce. That’s kind of cheap. Overall though, much better than typical mall food. Everything I tasted was yummy and if I ever happen to visit this mall again iSpice will be the place to eat.

Best Indian fast food in town! Menu options change, and most everything is available al la carte. Have been coming here for a few years.

Drove to this mall for the first time just to try iSpice out, we’re new to Orlando but very familiar with northern/southern Indian and Pakistani foods, as well as their cooking process, having made several at home excursions and watched more experienced friends(who have lived in India). Having said that, I would not recommended ispice if you are having a hinkering for some really good food of the regions of India. It lacks the intricacies in spice, heat, and texture that makes the food so wonderful. The basmati rice is not cooked in the traditional way, and is not made with aromatic spices, so it may as well be steamed jasmin rice(nothing wrong with that, just not what you aim for with basmati). The palak paneer tastes like microwaved spinach, and was completely underspiced, also it was unblended, which I have not seen before and made it even more like eating frozen shredded spinach. The Channa masala was also very disappointing, the texture was unusual and the taste also bland. The garbanzo beans were too large for the way it must be cooked, as they were not cooked long enough or soaked beforehand(although I doubt there is any extensive cooking going on here), and were bordering on crunchy. If you’re excited to see mango lasi on the menu, don’t be, its a three dollar cup n a half of mango nectar, not pulp or purée, or proper lasi, nectar.(Im a little bitter about that). The nan was not made fresh and had been sitting on the heat table for a while and was very stiff and stale at the edges. The desert rice option tastes entirely of cardamom, so if you didn’t know what cardamom tasted like, there you go. Might be tasty with some cinnamon and saffron, but who am I kidding? I’m in a mall. So, why the two stars if I’ve been so disappointed? The chicken korma and the chicken masala were both ok, they got a bit tiresome being the only enjoyable items of our spread, but they kept dinner from being a complete bust.

Seriously, I should have payed attention to the Unilocal reviews on this place much, much sooner. I discovered chicken tikka masala about a year ago, and this place definitely knows how to make it. In the vast wasteland that is a mall food court, iSpice truly offers something unique. Do yourself a favor, and order an additional garlic naan bread. I ordered one with my rice bowl, and ended up having to back to order another as my wife ate it all. They advertise that they make it fresh when you order, and sure enough, within five minutes, you have a hot and delicious piece of naan bread ready to be devoured. I honestly can’t wait until the next time I’m in the mall to try the other curry chicken dishes they have.
