HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I just cannot say it enough. I wish I can put negative starts too. I paid this company $ 540 for 12 hours worth of cleaning for a move in, but they were totally not worth it. Not only their cleaning skills were lacking but also they did not finish the job as promised inspite of taking all my money. The owner of the company, Kathryn was very rude and unprofessional, rather than being sorry for her poor service she had an horrible attitude, inspite of the fact that they were paid way more than they deserve.
I generally never write reviews but this time I had to put my foot down and hopefully save others from being ripped off.

I wish I could put negative stars, but I cant. I am a Realtor for ReMax and run the property management dept. I have several maid services I use, however my phone, when needing a maid, always defers to this company and I keep thinking it will get better, if I give them 1 more chance. It does not get better, in fact this time took the cake.
They do a good job cleaning, but they way they bill the customer, leaves alot to be desired. I have used them for the last time.
My properties are almost always empty. My recent job, was after my move out tenant called Molly Maid, who by the way, you should never call, so the property was 50% cleaned already. Maid Pro quoted 5 hours. They proceeded to arrive on schedule, and somewhere along the line, called a 2^nd person out. So to clear, the quote is for 1 person, if 2 people come out, even though the entire job should be no more then the 5 hours quoted, it is per person. On top of that, I arrived at the 4^th hour and the work was completed. I thought great, they did it in 4 hours instead of 5.
Big mistake on me and my math skills. Not only was I charged 4.5 hours for the person who was done in 4 hours, I was charged 2.75 hours for the 2^nd person for a total of 7.25 hours !!! I was told by the billing person, how lucky I was they did not charge $ 25 more to clean the oven, Really?
So as the others have posted, save your money, call someone else. They do a good job cleaning, but the price you will pay is not what is quoted. ever and it is not worth the price or the aggravation. This is my professional opinion as a certified property manager and licensed Realtor.

I now have Maid Pro again and couldn’t be more happy. I tried a few cheaper services and you really do get what you pay for. Michelle comes first thing every Monday and keeps our place on point. I have used several cleaners, but Michelle is the best of the bunch. All of the staff is always friendly and my house is spotless.
