Best place we have visited! They are personable and more interested in their customer’s satisfaction. It’s not a place where a bunch of people hang out to smoke with their buddies as we’ve seen at another vape store. Great setup and it is easy to try numerous flavors without feeling like a hassle. Really artistic inside as well. Also, considerably less smoky inside so they seem to have better ventilation compared to other shops.

Favorite vape store in Florida. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone I’ve ever met just seems happy and friendly. Excellent juice selection and great prices. I can’t recommend this place enough.

In my opinion this is the best Vape Shop in all of Central Florida. The guys took their time to educate me on several different mods and then gave me a killer deal as well. Also it was refreshing to not be talked down not only due to my lack of knowledge on the subject but that I happen to be a female as well.

TheVaporatory killed it again went in today to get my regular mc2 120 ml bottle and have really wanted to up grade from my mech mod and Cory sat down and walked me through all the pros and cons of the boxes and decided on the DOVPO champion 220w and topped it off with a velocity RDA and I’m very satisfied with it and Chris’s build it rips great flavor and vape really great guys in there!!! anyone in to vaping or trying to quit smoking should definitely check these guys out best vape shop I’ve found by far. Thanks guy’s

Love this place. Prices are excellent. For example I bought the evic vt from there for about 65 or so. Had an unfortunate accident where my wife dropped it into a glass of wine… so I started calling around to get other prices. Other vape shops were selling it for up to $ 120.
There are a ton of examples like that I can think of — and with the helpful staff — they’ve earned my loyal business. I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Rude and unhelpful. When i walked in the clerk started laughing at my T2 tank. As if it wasn’t good enough to warrant his assistance. I ended up going down the street to Natural Vape where Gerard, who wasn’t a vape snob, helped me with my T2 tank. He showed me a kangertech battery that i fell in love with and left with two of them. Kindness patience and good attitude go a long way.

Excellent advice! Very clean friendly and will be one of my regular stops. Highly recommend you stop in a must see for any vaper novice or advanced there great to ask questions to and dont make you feel like an idiot for asking.

Friendly, clean and very knowledgeable staff.
If you can’t find something that fits your lifestyle, it doesn’t exist.
Was sent by a friend to see if this would help me stop smoking, tried everything, lazer, patches, chantix, acupuncture… you name it I tried it. Well cigarette free for 3 weeks now and loving my pipes. Contrary to what people have said that I’m still smoking, I’m not. Used to wake up with a cigarette in my mouth, now I go hours and not use my pipes. Try it, best investment I’ve made.

These guys were so nice and helpful! I don’t smoke but my husband does and he is trying to quit. He works a lot though and couldn’t make it to the shop so he sent me to get the goods. There were 2 guys who helped me get everything I need and they took extra time to explain how everything works. Highly recommend this place!

How do you review a Vapor shop?
Customer service: Outstanding. explained that I knew nothing about Vaping. Eric walked me through the inner workings of vaping. Then he showed me the good the bad and the ugly, what price range i wanted to be in, and asked me what my intentions were (keep smoking and vape as a supplement, use it to quit, or just to become a vaper). Once that was done, he took me over to the «tasting» area to pick out a flavor. the entire process was painless, seamless and educational.
Location: a bit far from Central Orlando, but well worth the trip, and I’m coming from the southern border of Orange County. The store looked just like what one would expect of a spot selling a product as niche as this.
Price: at no time did i feel like i was being «sold» on anything. and compared to internet stores, the face to face interaction is well worth the difference in price.
