I thought I would give Rich Hippie a shot thinking it was a unique boutique. Definitely not the case unless your over 50, like bedazzled clothes and listen to Christian rock(just to be clear nothing is wrong with this acquired taste, just being discriptive). I didn’t want to walk out empty handed so I purchased a gift for a friend. It was an over priced necklace that had a stone hanging. Seemed like a good idea at the time. When my friend opened her gift the stone immediately broke in half… slightly embarrassing. I called Rich Hippie to see my options but mid sentence the employee cut me off to tell me they don’t do refunds. As a first time client you would think they would be a bit more friendly. I felt like they were not accomadating at all. I will not recommended this place to anyone.

My experience with this business was horrible. There not cheaply priced and I have spent quite a bit of money there. I spent over $ 200 on a single visit and two shirts I bought $ 50 each started to both unravel on the seams very cheaply made for that price. I went back to get a exchange not a refund with my receipt three weeks later was told they have a 14 day return policy ironically I was just days shy of that time frame. I explained I don’t want a refund just store credit or exchange. I left the shirts and they said the owner would get back to me. Well when she did through Facebook she refused to do anything, intact was rude! Telling me that in three years customers have respected there return policy. Really sad because I like to support local businesses. Clearly they only care about money. They have my two defective shirts and my money. Don’t shop there go to Sophia and Trey or walk on water they treat there customers right.
