This was my 1st visit to the winey wench in the Altamonte Mall and I would say by far this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. To start the employees are extremely snappy and cannot multitask. I brought 4 friends with me to experience paint night at the Winey wench with unlimited samples and only received 2 samples the whole night. Also I told the employee’s I was allergic to chocolate, however the employee brought me a chocolate liquor that looked like a strawberry smoothie needless to say I had a reaction once I arrived home. I will continue to visit the Florida Mall location as the staff is tentative and more hands on. We spent $ 160.50 for my friends and I only to experience a near death experience.

LOVETHISSPOT! Stopped by one Saturday afternoon recently & they were sampling their new line of wines… they had a special promo as the first person to purchase the new sampler I’d get a glass of wine my choice… fast-forward to me & my mom enjoying a HUGE glass of wine each… snacks & multiple samples! better yet… the service was FANTASTIC! they had us laughing hysterically & were so warm & friendly! And very knowledgeable!!! Obviously their marketing angle worked as we bought more stuff before leaving! lol They even offered to hold our purchases until we were done shopping at the mall! Love this place and the products they carry… would definitely recommend!

Sample heaven. They do art classes, but have a large variety of wines for sampling. So much positive energy in this place! Bought great wines from Argentina. Cute gift ideas. Come in for a glass. The slushy sangria is my favorite! !

While participating in a painting class, I learned that The Winey Wench has a bar license. Thank you Jesus! Now, I can buy D-licious CUPPasta in the food court and bring it to The Winey Wench to pair it with a glass of wine. How fabulous!

This place is awesome. Free samples, great prices on the products, very friendly service. This is one of the most unique shopping experiences I’ve ever had. They even have an art«class» where you can sample wines while you paint on a canvas! I’ve never felt really«pressured» to buy any of the wines even though I don’t always walk out with something. Oh, and did I mention all the delicious flavors of wine slushies they have? If you like sweet wines you’ll love this place.

The best way to describe The Winey Wench– A DEFINITEMUSTHAVEIN while shopping. I kick ass way to kill time & get a buzz. Lisa(the original Winey Wench) is still here. She is amazing & outgoing to the upmost. You can sit here for hours drinking & chatting up a storm with her– she is THATENTERTAINING!!! I’d like to take a moment to welcome the newest Wench, Skye. She is an absolute sweetheart. They have all the different types of merchandise. The shirts w/bling are adorable. I bought a plastic wine glasses w/a straw, which I can take on the go if I so choose to! They have an outstanding variety of bottles of wine. They also orchestrate paint parties Mon-Sat. It’s $ 30 per person which includes your art instruction, your personal canvas, your paint & all the free wine samples you wants! I SAYHELLYEAH!!! I will be hosting a party here soon– so stay tuned…

I went here with my family for a ladies painting night. It was a lot of fun. It was $ 30 each. You get several samples of wine during the class, but not enough to make a full drink, so I would recommend that you buy a glass of wine to drink during the class. My husband brought me one from the bar while I was painting and the pour was really generous, so it was definitely worth it. They had a nice selection of red and white wines. Now on to the art part. The class is structured so that everyone paints the same thing and the instructor walks you through it step by step. All the supplies are included with the $ 30. The instructors take their time and despite the fact that there were probably 25 people in the class the instructors had enough time to finish the painting and make sure everyone was able to follow in the time allotted. There were 5 people in my group and everyone left with a painting they liked.

One of my girlfriends orchestrated a «painting» night here and man, was I not disappointed. So, you’re given a canvas and the colors you’d like to use. If you’re a couple, you both get a canvas but you get the option to paint«complimentary» paintings. I believe there is a set«theme» per night and the cost is $ 35, but check with the store for details. The night I went we all painted cherry blossoms. Neat! If you’re not artistically inclined, like me, the instructor goes really slowly and makes his rounds to make sure you’re headed in the right direction. At first I was a little apprehensive, but I think I got the gist eventually. Since it’s a wine shop also, you are able to sample the wines as well as buy glasses or even bottles. Even if you don’t purchase wine, the owner makes her rounds with various wine samples throughout the evening. I think being a little tipsy helped calm my nerves ;) If you’re looking for a date night mix-up or a girl’s night out change, check out the wench! You won’t be disappointed. :)
