Been on hold for over an hour and the tech was very flip but when I spoke with the supervisor, Scott (?) he was very professional.

The prices always seem to keep going up! I call and complain and they will lower the cost for a few months, then it goes back up again. I have problems with my boxes and I to have them replaced all the time. I’m going to make a switch very soon!
