I am a huge fan of this studio. Instructor Nathalie Garrison is knowledgeable and supportive – just what you need when working in Pilates. I was a lifeguard and swimming instructor for four years while I was in my 20s; I am in my 50s now, and I feel that I am stronger and fitter than at any other time in my life! I take one class, once per week, so this regimen is very manageable. I also saw significant improvement after only 4 sessions. I cannot recommend this studio more highly.
