FINALLY I get amazing customer service here! (So rare these days, right?) I get so excited that at the next window I noticed the older lady with blonde curly hair had a button up shirt, and asked if she was a manager. She says no, I’m the shift manager. I said ok, well just pass this along for us, «the lady at the first window went above and beyond to make sure we got out of our order what we wanted. (A specific condiment I had mentioned) We just don’t get service that good anymore! She’s great!» So… what does the shift manager do? (After JUST telling her mind you) Rolls her eyes, hands us our two bags and doesn’t put-​OR EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK-​the condiments. Solid effort first window lady (I don’t remember her name, she was brown skinned with black hair), but you have a bum half a$$ boss backing you up. Good luck McDonalds!

Stopped in here for coffee and a dipped cone on a Sunday at 4 pm. The dipping chocolate was some what granular, not smooth and she forgot my coffee and had to be reminded. Service was slow. Although there were plenty of staff, the trash cans inside and outside were full to overflowing. I would not stop here again.

The quality was McD usual, but the service is terrible. It wasn’t very busy and the employees were scrambling to keep up. It took way too long for one person to place an order, and they were out of everything. A lady stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes or so. Everyone kept ignoring her, including 2 managers. Finally the overworked cashier stepped in to help.
Also, no napkins or utensils were included with our order (which had oatmeal, so we needed a spoon). And there was no milk in our Happy Meal.

Went there at 1230am and the dining room was closed even though the sign said lobby and drive– thru open 24 hours

The drink area has a bad odor.

Worst fast food experience ever! We stopped here after a long detour out of 35 traffic and wanted to give our small children a play break. BAD idea! The restaurant was disgusting, especially the bathrooms. My kids feet are BLACK from the play area. Poop was smeared all over the kids area bathroom and thirty minutes after telling management, it still wasn’t clean! The smell outside the bathroom was so strong we had to move tables! The food was in edible. My husband threw his entire meal away and our kids only ate a few fries.

Decent. Friendly staff.

Always clean. Pretty busy place. Pretty quick. Décor is new and fresh.
