We’ve been here twice(on a Saturday morning & a Saturday afternoon), and both visits we had a great experience. The place is old, sure, but personally I think that adds to it’s charm. We’ve been waited on by 2 different ladies and both of them were as friendly & helpful as could be. Our first visit we paid by the hour and ran out of time on our last turns, so the lady behind the counter came over and told us she gave us an extra 10 minutes so we could finish our frames. I thought that was kind & generous. We really like the place.

The experience wasn’t so bad. The kids had fun bowling. however, the customer service is awful. We had lane 19 and paid for an hour of play, halfway through our game the bowling ball got stuck. 15 min later I had to remind the lady our lane still didn’t work. The lady at the front denied we had ever asked her to fix the lane. I reminded her she was just over there. Her reply was she was helping another family not us. She ended up taking another 5 min to push buttons. She finally moved us to another lane so sadly no additional time was provided. Highly recommend to pay per game instead of per hour. Building seems old and run down. The overall experience was just ok.
