I wouldn’t take a vehicle from this dealership if they gave it to me! We purchased a pre owned vehicle from their Alvin location and soon realized it was defective. They sent me to a hack mechanic, Tom Baxter. He messed the vehicle up more by using cheap after market parts that did not fit the Durango. The shotty work caused an accident. I paid to have Cary Wilson and Tom Baxter served to small claims court, so I could get my money back. Tom took off and closed shop before he could be served. I called hundreds of people, and each person told me they couldn’t help me. Now I hear Tom Baxter is employed by Ron Carter as a sales manager! Steer clear of him and this place. They will lie, cheat, and steal just to make a few bucks.

Crooked. I came in to get an estimate. They would not until i showed them what the insurance would pay, so they could ask for more. I leave. For weeks, i try to settle with insurance to find out Ron carter called insurance to ask for a supplement payment for work they performed and the insurance company sent it to them. They did not do any work on my vehicle! I called multiple times, left messages, they will not return my phone calls.
