Took the wife’s car here for repair. The bodyshop manager and staff were all nice and helpful. Turned a bad situation into a painless process. We’re glad we brought her car here!

Purchased a used pick-​up here a few weeks ago. Soon after, the outside door handles both broke and were pulling out when opening the doors. I contacted my salesman who contacted the service dept. on a Saturday afternoon. I brought my truck into the service dept and was told they had the part in stock. I brought my truck in the following Saturday as we had planned to learn that the handles they had in stock were sold to someone else. Had to wait until the following Saturday to have others ordered for the repair. The repair was completed 2 weeks after finding the original problem. The lady I experienced at the desk was nice but focused elsewhere. I had to ask to have a vehicle inspection along with the repair because the sales staff didn’t have one done for the State of Texas at the time of sale. After completing the door handles repair, they forgot to complete the inspection and had to take the truck back again. The door handles work like new now that the repair is finally complete. They did a good job on the repair but it took too much to get the repair done to rate them any higher. I will try another GM/​Chevrolet dealership next time.

The service department has the worst cusomter service I have experienced in a long while.
