Tried to MILKME and ASSAULTED! MEREADALL So I came here from Colorado and needed a place for a month. They do offer stays for that long, I walked in from the street and spoke to an Indian woman who was supposed to be a manager. She was trying to milk me for my money by refusing to acknowledge that I could stay and pay for 30 days for 850.00 I instead of like over 1000 dollars. I paid and went to the room. The room was not bad, I had expected a decent room for the hefty price. They had a good housekeeper in 2014 when I stayed there. While there I was inside my room naked, a man knocked on the door trying to collect towels. I yelled at him that I didn’t need towels; he attempted to come in anyway and I had to forcefully run and block the door. I yelled at him and I noticed it was the manager/owners brother. The owners all live upstairs in an apartment together. They are Indian which is fine, they speak English but they don’t care about their customers. Very cheap and if you complain you have to do it with a white woman downstairs, short hair and heavy set. She likes to act like she owns the place because the Indians just don’t care, they want money. This is not when I was assaulted. OMG the Breakfast is old and nasty, the biscuits are from yesterday in a container in the fridge. I had to let the gravy soak it for 10 minutes before it was edible. I only get 1000 dollars a month from disability so I had to eat. Thank God I am not a drug addict or alcoholic or else I would be dead. Any who, this is when I was assaulted at breakfast. So they have this policy that you cannot eat in the rooms but, they put refrigerator and a microwave in each room. REALLY? So I said I am an adult and other hotels allow you to eat wherever you want. I am used to Drury Inn; So I snuck a meal once or twice and never got caught. Well I didn’t know they had cameras and one morning I go and try to walk out of the door and the heavy set woman stops me; she sais«You can’t take that up to your room you have to eat it here» and LITTERALLY blocks the door. I was like ok, now I am heavy myself so there is no pun intended. I sat down to eat and ate there. The next day I bring a plastic bag to conceal the food and hide from the camera, I am disabled and certain chairs won’t do for me. I go down the next day and I put my food in my bag and tie it. I see a gentlemen walk in and pretend to be doing something else in the corner. While his back was turned I walked out of the door and he ran after me calling me MAM! MAM! MAM! I tried to desperately dart into the bathroom, I was so hungry. It was locked! So I kept walking trying to walk out of the front door. I wish I had pictures. Bathroom is right next to the eating area and the office. While I was walking forward the gentlemen(who was not a gentlemen) ripped the waffles from my hand and the bag ripped with waffles, biscuits, gravy, syrup flying everywhere. It made my body jerk. In front of my behind me it was everywhere; he then charges in front of me and I got pissed off. He gets in my face and yells MAM! you can’t take food with you! You need to leave and never come back to my office! I looked at him and contemplated cussing him out, I stayed calm and told him to MOVE! he was standing there in front of me; I didn’t blink and I repeated myself you need to MOVE! he then moved and had the audacity to mug me as I was walking out and I mugged him as I walked up the stairs. I checked out when my time was down as there where no refunds. I felt assaulted but since he didn’t physically hurt me or touch me I didn’t have him arrested. THISPLACEISHORRIBLE! NEVERGOHERESERIOUSLY! I mean REALLY

Shady motel, staff is awful with the exception of the lady that normally works evenings/nights. I have been here for going on three weeks now, and have had nothing but trouble on all fronts. First week was alright, but about midway through the 2nd week all hell seemingly broke loose. I had about $ 1000 worth of tools stolen from my pickup…(yes, they took the entire toolbox). When I notified the hotel management, all they said was, «we only have cameras in front, you are on your own back there». Aside from the kitchenette room being terribly dirty from lack of proper cleaning, the room was actually not terrible. I have a smoking room, so of course I didn’t expect the Hilton, but DANG, this is just bad. Also, I pay a weekly rate(which is the only pro this place has going for it). I paid for a week in advance and somehow my account was billed for $$ 205 extra! My bank tells me that the Executive Inn billed me for something and to take it up with them, so I do just that. People in the office say it’s an error with the company that actually runs the credit cards and that there is no record of the motel making that transaction, even though my BANKSAYSOTHERWISE!! Save yourself the headache, and some money(even if you pay a little more somewhere else), you’ll be money and sanity ahead in the long run.

Stay away!!! The stench in my room was over whelming. I also believe that I saw bed bugs. I asked for my money back and the owner refused. That may be the way they treat guests in Pakistan, but it’s not acceptable in Amarillo. My attorney will be sending a letter on Monday, it would have been much cheaper to refund my money.

Hands down the WORST motel room I’ve ever endured. No lamp, no working toilet, and BEDBUGS! I found a coupon in a local advertiser and thought I would try to save some money on my trip. BIG mistake. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly and the lobby seemed well kept, so I assumed I could expect a room that was somewhat maintained. I was sorely mistaken. At first I noticed the wall unit light didn’t work. That’s fine, I can live a night without a lamp. Then the toilet didn’t flush. When the staff was informed they assured me it would be taken care of. However, after returning to the room and pulling back the bedspread I noticed something on my arm, I looked closer and noticed two eyes and legs… yep, bedbugs. Do NOT stay at this poorly managed establishment.

Good Lord, what a dump. Paid $ 55 bucks for the equivalent of a crappy roadside inn. Nasty beds, rooms, décor. Beware taking food to your room from the breakfast(waffles, juice, and coffee). We were shamed for doing such an act. Stay faaaaaar away.

Granted I was disappointed after viewing multiple bill boards along 40 advertising a $ 28.00 rate that the lowest amount was $ 45.00 but the gentleman at the front counter at 2AM was exceptionally kind and after convincing myself that the room just looked terrible but had decent bones, I slept just fine. I don’t know why anyone would paint the walls dark brown, or leave ripped bed spreads on the beds, but at least I got my 6 hrs sleep. By the light of the next day, the pool actually looked pretty ok too although I had no time to enjoy it. Judging from the rows of construction trucks, I would say that this motel caters mostly to monthly rentals. Some rooms even had decorations in their windows, like religious figures etc. I probably would have been more relaxed and a few dollars wealthier had I just gone to the Motel 6 for $ 38 bucks. It looked brand new when I drove by the following day. Oh well… Marilyn L-H

Do not stay here. Worst place ever!!! Woke up with bites all over. White socks turned black from walking on the carpet. Bathroom floor and shower walls had not been cleaned in months, Should have paid an extra $ 10 — $ 20 and stayed somewhere else.

For God’s sake don’t come here if you want to live. I’m pretty sure this was once the set of either a low budget horror film, or a high class porno. The windows are cracked, the paint is peeling, there are god only knows what sort of stains in the bathtub. I’m afraid to fall asleep in case someone or something crawls out from under my bed. When we walked in, the air conditioning was on full blast in what I can only assume was an attempt to dull our senses and mask the smell of the corpses that I am afraid are inside the walls. Norman Bates wouldn’t come here. Run. Run away as fast as you can, and spend the extra twenty bucks to stay somewhere that won’t make you feel lucky that you woke up with a crazy eyed junkie staring into your window, because hey, at least you woke up at all.

Just don’t, don’t don’t do it. I don’t care how inexpensive for a one night stay they are. I spent 20 minutes killing the insects in my room, and then was afraid to take a shower without slippers on or sleep in the bed. It smelled dank and they didn’t seem to care at all about the appearance of the place. Lamp shades were stained, some lights didn’t work, and the carpet was stained and torn near the doors, and the remote control didn’t work. The grounds were dirty, and a swarm of moths was flying around the light outside our room. They offered breakfast the next day, but it was not what one would consider a «selection» by any means. The only good thing was the man running the front counter, who was very nice. Great for a one night stay that you don’t care about, but i would’ve spent the extra 20 for clean anything.
