Totally not feeling the love much less the professionalism I used to receive from this place. Granted it’s been about 3 months since I last partook of one of their deluxe pedicures. I showed the man doing my nails a picture of the Texas flag. Let him take my phone and really look close. I mean it’s a fairly simple request. Bless his heart, I had to have him do the star twice because the 1st time the start l was upside down. Can’t be having that. NativeTexans just don’t take well to wearing an upside down star. The massage was decent. The artwork? No and I still got charged the full price. I only came here because of the Monday-Wednesday specials and the card(buy so many and get a good size chunk off). Witnessed an «esl faux pas». Another client was«accidentally» overcharged on what was supposedly a discount service. The staff wouldn’t honor the price they quoted her. I’m looking for a new salon. Any suggestions?

So I am trying to find a way to rationalize a trip to get a pedicure weekly after my visit! This was a great experience-lovely ambience, very attentive nail artists, free beverages, and a massage while my toes were drying! Coupled with a variety of available services for overall a reasonable price, this nail spa is a winner that I’ll soon be visiting again!

We came here for a little girl’s birthday, called in advance. She got her a nice nail art, but we felt rushed all the time. People kept walking in(it’s Sunday, of course!) and the technician didn’t focus on us, trying to accommodate everybody. He also told some lady he’ll be done with me in 10 – 15 mins! And he hasn’t even started my manicure at that time!!! 10 mins for a manicure, are you kidding me?!! Horrible experience…

This. Place. Is. Amazing. I am originally from Houston, and I’d drive 10 hours from there to this place any day just to get the pedicures here. I’ve gotten their«Texas» or «Texan» pedicure many times, totally wonderful. My toes looked so good! They massage your back while your toes dry too! I got solar nails as well– very pretty. The value is good. If you go on m-w they do $ 28 standard pedis which are also great!

I was in Amarillo visiting family and decided I couldn’t wait till I got home to have a pedicure. I wanted something very basic — no «art,» just a scrubbing and polish. Planet was near my hotel, so I went there for their most basic pedicure. They did try to talk me into a more expensive service, but I declined. Throughout the appointment, I kept thinking they had misunderstood and were giving me a more deluxe version, but no. Their most basic pedicure includes a lengthy salt scrub and foot/calf massage. And then while your toes are under the drier, you get a neck-and-shoulder rub. They’re not certified massage therapists, so don’t expect magic, but it felt reeeeeeally good. I can’t believe I only paid $ 28 for that. I was so impressed with the service, and the staff could not have been friendlier. The language barrier is significant, so be prepared to work a little at the communication, but this is a lovely salon that delivers great service. Very impressed! I will come back next time I’m in town.
