Fazoli’s

I love this place, extremely fast very reasonably priced. Don’t expect too much after all its fast food. The breadsticks are free and good if you like that sort of thing.

Sandra… Amarillo fazolis manager refused to serve me when I was in line behind all the other customers. They closed at 10pm I showed at at 9:58 just like the cars in front of me… But I was told I can’t be served. How I was already in line reading the menu and as I proceeded to order I wasn’t served… I used to work at fazolis 2012 – 2014 we always finished up who ever was in the drive thru. If you got there before 10 you were served… Please someone help these rude people.

This place has gone downhill. Maybe it’s management and staff selection. The girl at register didnt know what several dishes on menu were. We ordered cheese cake. They made us wait for it. When we got to table, it was frozen.
After we came home my daughter threw up.
We won’t go there again.

First time eating at this Italian restaurant, and actually first time eating in the Franchise everything was great ,
I ordered A Pizza and bought A bottled water, was waiting at my table and the Manager came by and asked me if I received my bottled water I replied no,
She then told me that my pizza fell in the trash and I was being made A new one she offered me free dessert because of this,
I won’t Turn down free if the Managers offer it because of the cooks not being careful.
Food was great the Cheese cake was good Breadsticks are different but where still good, got done eating and saw everyone’s Garbage on the tables and not clean I figured the manager went through all that trouble to make me happy I cleaned my plates stacked them up and took them to the counter so they would not have to clean up my mess, least I could do, I’m nice like that!

First time I’ve been to this restaurant but my hubby had a hankering for Italian food at it was close to 10pm. We ordered the chicken carbonara, chicken parm, chicken Alfredo. The carbonara was a poor example of the dish because it lacked the proper amount of sauce and bacon but it was none the less tasty. The chicken parm was great, and my hubby finished off the Alfredo quickly. The breadsticks were so garlicky delicious that they rivaled the other chain Italian place that is everywhere. We got a dozen of them and are still eating them the next day. Overall for the price and time of day we got the food it was good. I’d return for the chicken parm and breadsticks.

Quite possibly the worst food ever, defiantly the worst Italian… I mean fast food Italian WHAT WERE THEY THINKING??? The sauce just seems like ketchup with some diced tomatoes and the pizza is cardboard with cheap cheese and small toppings. The breadsticks are either stale and snap like twigs or still doughy in the middle. You would better Italian at Burger King.

The twice baked lasagna is to die for. I was passing through Amarillo when road tripping and I absolutely loved it. Too bad it’s not back home.

This place looks nice, but if you want a taste of good food don’t go here. I ordered the classic sample meal. There was spaghetti and meat sauce, lasagna, and Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce looked like it can out of a can! The spaghetti was ok, and the lasagna was just two pieces of pasta with cheese between them, and sauce on the top. I have 5 bites that’s all I could do. I will say the free bread sticks they have out were good.

We were visiting Amarillo for a volleyball tournament, and the team decided to stop here one evening on the way back to the hotel. It was about 8pm, and there were about 25 parents and players. Fazoli’s not only fed us really good food that was definitely more homemade tasting than fast food, they did so in remarkable time and were very courteous. I would definitely eat here again!

Most of the time when I come here the service is great and it’s clean but today there was no where to sit because all the tables were covered in people’s empty dishes and trash. But overall I’ll give it 4 stars because I usually don’t have a problem

Consistently good food and good service. What a great break from the drive-​through hamburger joints. I have eaten at the one in Amarillo and in Lubbock and both were very good.

Ah, Amarillo Fazoli’s – there will always be a place in my heart for you since you were my «first time». When I came back to San Diego I could never even remember your real name and used to really massacre the pronunciation of it. The concept of a drive-​thru pasta/​spaghetti joint is just so appealing and such a change from — well, hamburgers. I ate here a couple of times during my one-​week visit and really appreciated the convenience and efficiency of this place. So the food doesn’t rival the best Italian restaurants. It’s fast cheap and good enough! I have eaten at a couple of others – Austin and Chandler, AZ but none will ever be the same as you! See you next time I’m in town! And if you ever feel like moving to San Diego I’ll welcome you with open arms!

The pannini sandwiches are pretty good if you need something quick. I also like the fact that they have light lemonade as an alternative to diet and regular soda. BUT you really must ask for light or no mayo as they really really slop it on. Eww.
