Passed through town and needed pizza, after reading about the«honey-bomb» I had to try it. It was really good and unlike any other pizza be had. In general the crust was thin but still chewy, but the ingredients are what takes it to the next level. It’s hard to describe but to me the«honey bomb» has a honey/sweet with heat layer, smoky layer, and the pesto blends together to make a unique flavor combination that I look forward to having next time I pass through.

My husband and I drive through Amarillo from OKC to get to our property in NM. We stop in Amarillo overnight to break up the drive. We stopped here on a whim to try something new. What an excellent choice. We ordered some of our favorite beers, calamari, and a small honeybomb pizza to share. The combination of flavors was superb. I never thought honey on a pizza would’ve been good. But it was fabulous. I love the mix of sweet and spicy. I’ll be back again and next time, I’ll ask for extra jalapeños. Highly recommend.

One of the few restaurants that made Amarillo livable when I was there. Great food, great décor, good music. Thank you for helping me not go insane in a small city Fire Slice.

Great pizza and even though it was less than hour from closing, they said it would be no problem to deliver. Pizza was hot and very tasty. Only con is that it is expensive pizza. However staff and flavor of pizza it was worth it.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The Honeybomb(I believe was its name) was incredible. Shared that with calamari, the Texan panini, and a caprese salad. Everything was delicious! Great service on top of that! If I ever find myself in Amarillo, I will definitely return. Only downside is the limited hours that the restaurant is open.

The pizza here was amazing. I ordered using the Unilocal app and it was delivered much quicker than the estimate they gave me. I got the spinach and artichoke dip, which was ok, and the mushroom and thyme pizza, which was outstanding! The crust was that perfect wood-fired crunchy crust. I live in Dallas and took the leftovers home with me. That should tell you something.

I had read all of the great reviews and was looking forward to an exceptional pizza. This wasn’t it. In all fairness, we probably should have ordered something more adventurous than the Fire Slice Combo. It was just. … okay. Expensive for the amount of ingredients and underwhelming in flavor. The bill after Groupon was $ 7. Gave the waiter a $ 20 and he asked if I needed change. Yes please! The service didn’t warrant a $ 13 tip. It was worth a try, but we won’t be back.

There are very few restaurants that are quaint, quiet, cozy and kid friendly. The perfect place for a family dinner where you can talk and connect over amazing food. Brick oven pizza is the best in town here. Our kids love the mullet! Sweet potato fries are a must and a great wine list! Live music was amazing as well and just added to the ambiance. This is our families fav pizza place and where we go to unwind, talk and relax. Staff is top notch and always makes you feel like family. Best hidden secret in Amarillo!

I probably should have realized when they hung up on me when I asked for delivery that things would not be stellar. However, I have really wanted to try this place. After I did get through they guy put me on hold to make a few drinks for customers.(He told me that.) So after it all – the pizza was cold, wings were cold and after paying $ 44 for delivery and tip, I’m less than impressed with their service. It might actually be a great place if you go in but I don’t want to take the chance.

OMG!!! Passing thru Amarillo from Colorado to College Station. Looked on Unilocal and Fire Slice had a 4 ½ star rating so we thought we’d try something other than Pizza Hut. SOGLADWEDID! Best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Goodfellow, lots of meat and so good. Also had a Caesar salad which was awesome. Hard to find… behind a shopping center in the alley but well worth it! Don’t pass this place up.

Absolutely loved the Johnny amigo! Pulled pork(by 3d Catering) and feta cheese… Amazing. The Monte Cristo panini was the absolutely best we’ve ever eaten! The staff was helpful and very courteous. Every time we go, we are delighted by the related atmosphere and great food.

We had trouble finding the place, and almost went elsewhere, but it’s in the back where you would only expect employee parking for the shopping plaza. It looks very sketchy from the outside but it’s actually pretty cute on the inside. That said, for us it was really just«ok». Our waitress was great — service was probably the best thing about our visit. Clearly we had a different waitress than whoever was previously complaining about service because our server was friendly and very attentive, our water filled many times. We ordered an 18″ pizza for two adults and two teenage boys. Although it looks like a big pizza, it’s really not very filling. All four of us were still hungry after the pizza. The crust is pretty thin and very crisp with no grease at all(which actually detracts from the flavor, you gotta have a little grease for flavor though you don’t want the pizza dripping with it). Strangely enough even though they advertise as «brick oven pizza» they don’t have a brick oven — they have what appears to be a standard metal pizza oven that’s in clear view. Hmm… unless it’s brick on the inside? A little odd. They also advertise their meatballs and sausage We ordered both of these on our pizza. There were a few extremely thin strips of meat, honestly couldn’t tell which was sausage and which was meatball as there were so few and they were cut so thin. Although I was reassured by our server that they had black olives in addition to kalamata… what came out on my pizza were kalamata(which I would not have ordered, hence why I tried to clarify). I will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she just didn’t realize that though kalamata olives are kind of dark in color they have a very different flavor than standard pizza black olives. So as you can tell, I wasn’t really enthralled with the pizza. I did like the three cheese blend on it and the sauce was ok. The price was not bad at all — $ 26 for our 18 inch with three toppings — but would have been better if the toppings had been more generous and if we weren’t still hungry — we ended up picking up tacos across the street on our way back to our hotel. But, they get credit for not having a generic Sysco taste even though they were way too skimpy with ingredients. We were just passing through town so can’t speak as to whether the oft-compared 575 is better or worse, but to us, this pizza was just ok and not really a destination next time we pass through.

My boyfriend and I have been here numerous times & it’s a hidden gem. Just letting you know it’s a little difficult to find as it is in the back of the building(Follow Chop Chop drive thru) When you enter the business the bar that seats about 5 is on your left the waiting area is to your immediate right and they have a party room to the right of that too. The hostess stand is in that area. They have a large dinning area as it is split into different area. I would say every table has their own privacy, which helps with hearing other conversations. All of the waitress are friendly and very attentive, shout out to Jamie & Becky. My boyfriend and I have found our favorite pizza«The Rudy» and finally tried the S’mores Calzone. We have tried a few other pizzas, the ravioli, and Caprese salad. They also have gluten free options available. I have not tried the take out. PRO — variety of dining tables(circle, square, long tables) — pizza, pasta, sandwiches & yummy dessert! — plenty of parking — happy hour M-F from 5pm-7pm — gluten free options — kid options CON — difficult to find when first looking. «Hard to find… Easy to love»

Hubs and I stopped by while driving through Amarillo… if you’re on a road trip and not exactly feeling Subway or other fast food options, give this local pizza place a try. It’s a little challenging to get to, especially with the construction on 34. The sign is also hard to see, but after a few mixups we finally found it!(it’s tucked behind the main shopping center…) The waiter was super helpful even though they were closing in 30 minutes. They have a great selection of craft brews… Breckinridge, Great Divide, and such. If you stop by during lunch, they have specials — $ 8.99 personal pizza or calzones. This place seems to having an identity crisis as you walk in… looks super divey on the outside, but decent artsy décor and comfy formalish chairs. Great place to stop by on your way through town!
