I ordered an arrangement for my sister for her birthday over the phone as I live out of town. Explained that my price range was ~50−60 dollars. I asked the lady that the arrangement be bright and colorful with pinks etc. The lady told me that they would place roses and other nice flowers in arrangement-​I specified no daisies or other inexpensive flowers. Although the delivery was on time, the arrangement arrived as a sunflower and red carnation arrangement, basically the cheapest flowers on the market and a FAR cry from roses that I was told the arrangement would consist of. When I called the shop to question why the arrangement was not done like discussed the lady on the phone explained that they use what they have (implying that they did not have roses in the shop). They offered to go and pick up the arrangment to fix it but I stated that this was gift and would instead like a refund and instead would only wish to pay for the arrangement that was delivered. They refunded the delivery fee only. I don’t know if this is the best this shop can do or if they were trying to take advantage of me as I wouldn’t be seeing the arrangement in person. Very disappointed with Freeman’s Flowers & Bloom Events.

Very unimpressed with the service and quality. My mother lives overseas and ordered flowers from this place for my wife as we just had a baby. They were supposed to deliver them to the hospital two days ago, which didn’t happen. Then they were supposed to deliver them to our house yesterday, which also didn’t happen.
Five minutes after getting home from the hospital with our newborn girl I went outside and found a note on the door. It said they attempted to deliver at the exact time we got home but nobody was home. We never heard a knock on the door and nobody attempted to call me (mother gave them my phone number to verify we were home before delivery). With four vehicles parked in the driveway, there was obviously somebody home. The delivery person just did not care to knock.
So I immediately called the flower shop and asked what was going on. The girl on the phone seemed unsure about everything (new staff maybe?) and was no help at all. I told her not to worry about anything, and that I’d go pick them up before they closed at 5:30. After searching for the shop for 30 minutes – thanks to the iPhone map app for being wrong – I finally get there at 5:15 and then have to wait 7 minutes for a lady to find the flowers. If the shop wasn’t tiny I would understand, but there is no reason to take that long when it’s all of 500 square feet. Sad thing is, I haven’t even got to the worst part yet.
So, I finally get the flowers home after spilling half the water all over my passenger seat and take a picture of them to send my mother. They looked a little bit wilted, but nothing a little sun and water can’t fix. Then she sends me a picture of what the arrangement was supposed to look like. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! The flowers she ordered were close to $ 100 with a lot of different colored roses and several other flowers. The arrangement they gave me had pink roses and two other kinds of flowers and that was it. From the looks of it, I’d say they pocketed $ 60 and gave us a $ 40 arrangement. My wife says they still look pretty and she’s happy, but I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody else gets ripped off by these people.
If you order flowers from here. don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I’m outa state and had them do a delivery for my mothers birthday. I was asked my price range and told them I’m not too picky. They told me they could do a nice arrangement for $ 30-​$ 40. My response was sounds great. I find out that they were over an hour late on the delivery. The flowers my mom did enjoy and love. 9 days later we were charged $ 54.00. That we had seen on our bank statement. The main point in this is we kept mama happy. But we never got a phone call or anything sayin its more or if it will be okay! Kinda feel that they took advantage of us being outa state and didn’t care or not if they got any repeat business from us.

These guys are typically our go-​to florist and are so incredibly flexible. We used them for our wedding in Austin since we were hesitant to use someone we didn’t know. Our flowers were ready on Thursday afternoon and held up perfectly for the Saturday wedding… even after the long drive.
They are also very willing to work within your budget. Just be straightforward and let them know what you want and they’ll do their best to accommodate your needs.
If you don’t have a particular preference in flowers, just let them do their magic. I’m in awe every time.
