Food was amazing and hookah needs a lot of work !! Drinks were exceptional! The appearance of the place looks sketchy when you pull up, once your in its a really cool environment. Small by cool !

Always a fun place to take the guys when they come to town! Best beer in town and the food is pretty good.

What a horrible experience. I was craving some hooters hot drums. We ordered fried pickles and beer. The waitress returned with our drinks and I ordered the drums. Sorry sir we are all out of chicken wings… We just have boneless chicken. So we ordered and the entire meal was disgusting. I will never return to Hooters again. Who runs out of chicken wings on a football sunday. … What a waste of money! !!!

Slow, slow, slow and more slow! Waited almost 45 minutes for a sandwhich.
My previous lunch here wasn’t quite as bad, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and another chance. Good food most of the time, just not much on the long wait time. It’s Tuesday around 3:00 p. m and not very busy at all!

After our last visit, I wasn’t expecting much. However, we had great service and the food was piping HOT and delish! I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and the meat was hanging over the bun and was tender and juicy!

The beer was cold and a good value. The girls fun and pretty. The last 3 times I’ve gone this horribly obnoxious loud mouth was at the bar. Laughing like a hyena mad running whole tables off. Won’t be going back.

Spent ~45 on wings, fries and beers for two. Certainly didn’t get a good value. Wings were okay and fries were good but that’s hard to mess up. Restaurant didn’t live up to its standards. It’s main attraction fell very short. Was surprised that this was the case since this is the easiest expectation to meet.
Found a part of feather on a wing, when i pointed it out to the waitress she told me it happens because the wings are fresh. I found this to be a BS answer but maybe I’m wrong.
Won’t be back, better wing joints

We recently traveled from Colorado and arrived in Amarillo around 9:45 pm. After driving over 10 hours, wings sounded amazing and lucky for us, Hooters was open late. Our 2 year old daughter was with us and as we were leaving, a huge storm was hitting Amarillo. We could barely see our truck because the rain was so heavy. My husband and I stood by the front door trying to figure out the best way to keep her as dry as possible, when the manager came up and offered us an umbrella. I know this seems like a small gesture to some, but for an exhausted mother, it meant so much. Thank you to the manager and staff working that night who were so friendly to us. We will definitely be back!

I am a Hooter’s fan and yes it is because I love their wings. I have been to this location many times. I was less than impressed the last time I was here in Feb. I thought that experience was a fluke. A second experience proves this location has gone down hill. The wait staff was friendly, but new personnel is needed. All I will say is some girls are not cut out to wear this uniform! The food was sub par! Let’s hope improvements are made because I enjoy a good batch of wings from time to time.

Seriously… in from the Houston area… this is the second time I have been to this Hooters in Amarillo and service has sucked and our orders were wrong and the waitress nor the manager knew the menu. I LOVE Hooters back at home but this one is horrible and has morons for servers and idiots for managers… extremely disappointed

I took my wife and 2 children to the Hooters in Amarillo, Tx for dinner. We arrived at 705 pm and were sat at a table. Our waitress Maygan took our drink and appetizer order and we received them in approx 15 mins. This is where things began to go bad… We placed our dinner order at approx 715 pm, Maygan would stopped by our table and assure us our order would be right out. It never happened. At 820 I give the waitress my credit card and tell her I want to pay and leave. She tries to charge for the entire meal, I ask for a manager. I finally find him at a computer trying to run my card, I ask him if that is my card, he says «yes, I’m trying to figure out what’s going on, your order has been in the kitchen for only 20 mins.» I tell him I’ve been there for an hour and a half. He calls me a liar, I tell my kids to go outside and I give the guy a piece of my mind. I will NEVER go back!!! The manager is an idiot and has absolutely no customer service skills. Shame on Hooters for allowing such poor management in their stores!!! The only way I will return to this location is when I am notified by Hooters corporate that there has been a change in management…

Slowest service ever! Waited 30 min for boneless wings and a salad. The place is not even busy! Terrible!

Average food, average servers (not even that great looking which isn’t a big deal except that’s what you base this place off of), overpriced, and dirty (seriously get a bus boy or something).

Ah yes, Hooters…
Well first, you may want to figure out a new niche since breasts will probably keep local clientele coming in but alas your food is cringeworthy.
The girls are nice, but the creepy old men are, well, creepy.
Don’t get me wrong, I like a nice gentlemen’s dining experience as much as the next guy, but this place needs some help otherwise it will not be here in a couple of months.
The bar is pathetic, and the wings are pedestrian at best, almost at pizza hit wing status, which is definitely not a complement!
Lose the creepy guy at the bar and I may gives experience 3 stars…

Went here on my birthday a few weeks ago and had a nice time. It was late and not much going on. The waitress was Maria she was very good at getting me my food and beer. I had the wings with Daytona sauce and it was good and the beer was cold. I also came in on the sexy Santa Tuesdays and had waitress Vanna 2 times. Both waitresses were good. I recommend all the waitresses that I mentioned. Only thing I don’t like is smoking is allowed in restaurant. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

A little slow service, but the food is good and reasonably priced

I won’t eat wings from anywhere else. I prefer the Daytona Sauce on my wings & Buffalo Chicken Sandwhich. Good stuff.

Hmmm, thats weird, I just watched a UFC event there in December.
For my review I will say this. It’s Hooters. Mediocre food, cute girls (sometimes).

As far as fast food goes, this has to be one of my favorite. Where else can you get great wings and look at beautiful women who are there to serve you.
In my opinion, this 3 should be equivalent to a 5, howevever, the food is a long way from winning any prestigious for culinary excellence.
Michelle, was wonderful. She was even gracious enough to allow me to photograph her.
So folks, the next time you stop in, be sure to sit in her section, as she will take care of all of your appetite’s needs.
