Judy was the most helpful person Ive ever encountered. She listened to our plumbing issue and literally opened and connected all the pieces together and explained exactly how to fix it. Amazing woman who deserves a raise!

Horrible Customer Service. If you are ordering a custom project, for example a door– I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. We ordered a door from here 50 days ago, and still haven’t received it. The manufacture sent the wrong measurements the first time. Coordinating with Lowe’s to get a new one has been a headache. We call and never receive information back. Still waiting on our door. There are a few nice people but that doesn’t make up for incompetence. This location has lost my business forever.
