Popeye’s Fried Chicken

This Popeyes is a hit or miss. One time you go and the chicken is delicious and fresh. Then you go back and it’s stale and gross. The African American manager puts out great food. She is always in the front willing to see if customers are happy. Other management are unfriendly and just push out old nasty food.

On June 8, 2012 I took the family to Popeyes for a quick lunch. As I was getting my money out to pay, I set my new iPhone down next to the cash register. A couple hours later I realized that I left my phone at the restaurant. My wife called Popeye’s and asked if they found my phone and the manager on duty said it was found, but a girl came in and picked it up after we left. After panicking and telling him it my phone, he told my wife that it is not Popeye’s responsibility to watch the customers belongings! A couple days later I called the corporate office and filed a report, to this day I have not had a response from Popeye’s.
To make the visit worse, the food was cold and stale like it was sitting under heat lamps, not worth the money or losing a phone!
