I had my oil changed today at Tri State Ford. Cameron Shannon was great. Cameron had me out in 20 minutes. Will be bringing my Expedition back to Tri State Ford again for any service work.

I have been taking my 2008 Hyundai sonata for regular oil changes and general service, the representative is always helpful and the service department returns my car in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend this dealership for your regular maintenance, I can’t speak on there dealership, as I have not purchased a vehicle through them.

In December 2014 I purchased a CPO vehicle from a dealer out of state. I have dealt with no less than three other dealers and FoMoCo customer service without any satisfaction. One visit to Tri-State clearly indicates I should have come here first. Benjamin was great at getting my car fixed, as it should have been months earlier.
