Panda Express

Dot was very nice! She had a smile on her face the entire time she served my party! Highly recommended.

I definitely agree, PORTIONS HERE ARE SO SMALL in comparison to all other panda express stores I’ve visited. Even extra sauces I’m paying for fill less than half the little cup.
Service isn’t the nicest, there is definitely a race requirement when they hire for the front. Most items are out so choices are limited. Overall, this place is pretty bad.

I live close to this location and have eaten here many times over the years. Service has always been slow, however recently the service and the quality of food have slipped.
I ate here just a few days ago. I had considerable trouble making the girl understand me. I almost got the wrong order, and had to ask multiple times for extra sauce. Either the staff have trouble with the language or do not listen very carefully. Finaly I got my take out order. However the situation only got worse when I sat down to eat. The egg rolls we’re undercooked, and the chicken was so greasy and grisly I could not eat most of it. Despite this I still had a rancid stomach all evening.
Prices are not cheap at this location for the quality of food being served, and the quality of service. Often menu items appear to be limited, or have a long wait time. This location needs some shaking up. Not sure I will be back.

Food is sooooo good but tired of paying these prices and you get skimpy portions… not to mention forgetting extras we order.

There were only two entre items that were available. The two that were available were less than appetizing but I had them anyway as I was hungry and hadn’t eaten all day. The cook staff were working slowly with no apparent sense of urgency to get food cooked. The servers were having a hard time getting my order either they were not paying attention or English is not their primary language.

We went there tonight 730 on a Friday night, We wanted to try the new Chinese spareribs That we have seen advertised all week. We were told that they were frozen and that they weren’t going to be cooking any. So we decided to eat there anyway since there’s nothing else close by. The portions that they serve there are so small. And the chow mein that I ordered as one of my sides with something different I don’t think the noodles were cooked all the way and they were cut in very small halts or thirds. I think it was made to look like you were getting a larger portion. But the noodles more cooked. I don’t No why panda express would spend so much money on advertising and not have the product that they’re advertising or to be told it’s still frozen so we’re not cooking it today
But you would think with the three panda express is around in the three little cities around this one they would all be consistent. So I’m crossing this one off my list
I wouldn’t bother driving over there and going there again

Don’t stop by this place after 9pm. We went to get dinner on Friday night at 9pm and they had two dishes available. I thought the place closes at 10pm. Very disappointed!

i love panda express in general. i go to this one since its close to my house. food tastes the same like all panda express locations, the only thing i can say about this one is they dont serve much portion wise. the servings are small compared to other branches, other than that its an ok place.

This place started out with great service and fresh food, now every time I go the food looks old and nasty or they don’t have half of the food they should.

I only come here because the people around me like this spot… and they too didnt enjoy themselves this time. They pride themselves on fresh… but fresh only gets you so far when you add a ton of sodium to the mix… you’re better off going to a real Chinese inspired meal than here.

This was my last straw with this store. I’ve eaten at a number of Panda Express locations and I’m baffled how this one stays in business. I should have known better than to walk in at 8pm on a Friday and expect to be able to order food that should be readily available. The hot tray is half full and they’re not making anything else. When we ask what time they close, they say 9:30pm… AN HOUR AND A HALF FROM NOW! As a paying customer, I expect to be able to order any of the regular dishes right up until closing. When I mentioned it, the woman behind the counter said it wasn’t busy enough to have all the dishes available for the last HOUR AND A HALF of their business day. That’s what my business means to them, I’m done, I will never walk into this place again, and I highly recommend that you don’t either.

I go at about 8pm. Very friendly and always have food or make it for me. When there is a rush, I didn’t wait too long. It is great food for the price. Worth eatting here.

Worst panda store ever. Always out of food, no to poor service and this isn’t the first time

Just a typical panda express. Gave them only 3 stars coz they don’t have fish. I remembered having it when we went to Rocklin but unfortunately, they don’t have it in here. And by the way, no one told me the that they only give 2 potsyickers in a kid’s meal. My son was surprised to see coz he typically gets 3 pieces. I wonder why.

Dear Panda, Why is the line out the door? Please give those very two nice girls a break and have a third person up front during the lunch rush! Also, please have the vegetables ready. After waiting in line it’s like adding insult to injury when we are told that the vegetables will be ready in a few minutes. I wish I had a few extra minutes, but I have a very short lunch time! Thank you.

This is the cleanest panda I’ve ever walked into. Only one couple eating. Nobody in line. The food was great. Service was fast. I’m still shocked at how clean the bar was. Nice work

Literally the slowest panda in the United States. Spent 40 minutes waiting with 6 people in line.

Dudes, it’s just a Panda Express. Can’t expect gourmet food here. For the price and the ‘freshly prepared food’, it’s hard to beat.
It’s actually a good fast food alternative. You can eat healthy if you get the right items.
I can’t say much about the slow service as every time I’ve visited, I was served promptly. Although I’ve come at odd times and not during the typical lunch and dinner times.
4 stars only due to the parking lot being crowded and the food not being ‘stocked’. Have to wait for freshly cooked food.

I love convenient and tasty Chinese food! Six of us were here for dinner and the total bill was less than $ 25.
Most importantly, Patrick who served us was full of smiles and he made this simple dining experience awesome.

She shorted my order and I had to ask for the missing piece from my entrée. She then rang me up incorrectly and when I brought it to her attention she didn’t apologize. Someone else apologized but she didn’t even offer to correct it. I’m definitely avoiding this location in the future.
