If I could give 0 stars I would. So today I placed a phone order, went and picked it up and paid for it. When I get to my car, I decided to check if everything was right, found out it was missing 20 wings. I went back in and told them and one of the workers MARQUISE came and told us we either wait 15 minutes or get a refund. We were okay with waiting since we know how busy Wingstop could be, but instead of apologizing and owning to their fault he walked away while we were still talking. He was giving us attitude from the start when he was giving us our options and was really disrespectful. We told the cashier, Alex, what happened and asked for the managers number. Turns out, Marquise is the manager’s son. No wonder he thinks he can act that way and get away with it! I have come to this Wingstop a million times since they’ve opened and haven’t had any problems until today. I think he could’ve handled it differently but for some reason didn’t. He could’ve handled it differently but for some reason didn’t. I suggest they have him fired or teach him how to talk to customers in a respectful manner and handle situations differently.

DONOTORDERONLINE. From my personal experiences they do not pay any attention to that ordering process.

If I could give them no stars I would because they don’t even deserve one star. They have terrible customer service. The fries are too salty and if they mess up on your order they don’t do anything to accommodate u for your inconvenience. I personally prefer Wingstop every where else but the one in American Canyon. This one should be closed because it’s making my favorite chicken place a bad name. I woke up from a coma 8 yrs ago and the first thing I wanted to go eat at was Wingstop and if the American Canyon Wingstop was the one I went to after my coma I’d never eat Wingstop again

So let’s start off but saying I always loved coming here the food is amazing always great. But the reason I’m giving 2 stars is because this week I had just gotten off work I had to drop off my mom in Richmond, anyways on my way back to AC I called wing stop they had me on hold for 30 mins and on top of that they hung up on me. So I called again, and again. 5 times ACTUALLY. Every time the girl answered she said hello wing stop can you hold when I said no she hung up on me… that’s when I got mad and told her I couldn’t hold and I told to not hang up on me. I told her what was going on. Her excuse was it wasn’t her. When obviously it was cuz he was the same girl with the same accent. she said she was going to tell the manager but I highly doubt she did. I really loved this place but that was the worst experience I’ve had till this day with customer service. Btw even when I Oder my wing they say it takes 15 – 20 mins and when I get there, I still wait another 20 mins. If you like wing stop go to another place where they don’t take forever to give you food/order food.

This wing stop is attached to a yogurt stop next door and you can sit at either place if you’re ordering wings and the seating is pretty full. Servers were nice and even though we ordered our wings well done, they came out pretty fast. We ordered our normal: lemon pepper and the seasoning was just right. The fries were crispy(we asked for them that way) and we really liked them. We tried their boneless wings for the first time and considering the Canadian doesn’t like his chicken too juicy, he really liked it(so that means it’s a bit on the dry side). Dock one star as the place could be cleaned up a bit between patrons but otherwise, this WS is pretty good.

Foods great and it seems clean. Just wish they provided military discount like any other wing stop I’ve been to even though it’s not that much. It’s the thought that matters.

This wing stop is pretty much the same as any other location other than they didn’t upgrade their soda machine(boo). Their wings are always good but I do have to say that the lemon pepper served here is weaker than other locations. But the fries here are better for some reason. They give you actual French fries instead of the potato shavings that you would normally get!

Ehh… Normal Wingstop. Stopped by on what seemed like a busy Saturday night. Seating has been extended for guests to sit at the yogurt shop right next door; good idea and does it well because most Wingstops have limited seating. It looks as if they have a full staff working, but it still took 20 – 25 mins for my order. Really slow IMO. Plenty of customers here, and those who ordered online are getting impatient with the wait. Also, it seems as if orders are being served incorrectly. Food was still tasty, but the heavy load of orders hindered them from serving us efficiently.

Food is wonderful and the employees are helpful. However, if you plan on ordering online you should order once they actually open. Apparently their fax isn’t on before they open. Hopefully, corporate can fix this in their system. I was sent an email that my order was received, and so coming into the store and being told that they didn’t receive it was a let down. Lesson for the day: order through the phone.

This wing stop has high quality and freshly made wings. Very juicy inside and not dry. We were provided with excellent service and a friendly smile by all of the staff, Jordan also went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our food. The bathrooms were cleanly kept as well as the available tables. This is the go to Wing Stop in the area, we actually come from out near Benicia because the other locations are just not up to par. We also get our order correct every time.

Some of the worst service ever. First we were on hold on the phone for over twenty minutes, only to finally arrive to place the order in person. Here we are greeted by a completely inept employee who took two more calls in front of us and a call for another employee. I’d like to say this is the first time that this has happened but sadly this has become completely expected, it’s why we called 30 minutes in advance. Step it up people, this is just sad.

I placed an order online for a 50 piece family pack. With a total price with tax of $ 48.05. The confirmation email said the order would be ready at 8:07pm(30 minutes from the time of ordering). At 8:05 I was standing in line to pay when I received a missed call and no vmail on my cell. Again I received another call at 8:07.(It was so loud that I could not hear my cell ringing.) I answered the second call but there was no answer on the other line. So I called the # back and ironically it was wingstop, the store I was standing in. The cashier told me that they wouldn’t start preparing my order unless I paid 1st. And it would take about 30 minutes to prepare the food. The wingstop website had no disclaimers that said I had to pay 1st. In fact it gave me the option to pay at the store, which I took. He said that they have an(obviously umwritten) policy that customers have to pay 1st for orders over $ 45! I asked why they didn’t call me 30 minutes earlier when I had placed the order and he said that they had just received my online order at 8:07(even though my confirmation email said the order was placed at 7:47. So either way, I would have had to wait at least 1 hour for my food because of a) their stupid unwritten policy and b) their employees not being able to recieve online orders in a timely manner. The employee seemed pretty rude and disinterested. There wasn’t even so much as an apology or explanation for the miscommunication and lack of timeliness, all on their part. What a waste of time and would be money for average food which sometimes tastes decent and other times is too greasy and salty. So much for convenience, customer service or quality! My recommendation, don’t have a website the allows online ordering if your employees can’t process said orders /prepare food in a timely manner and if you have unwritten payment policies that further delay the preparation process.

I drive to this location instead of going to the vallejo location which is closer to my home. The food is exactly what wingstop is all about ! Hot and flavorful with awesome customer service. Definitely a good spot!

Since they opened, their customer service has dropped so bad that I now rate them 1 star. Here is ONE example: on Sunday Mar 22 – 2015, I ordered online thru their app at 7:35pm and received a couple of mins later an email that said the order will be ready at 7:55pm. I get there at 7:54p and the girl said ‘we just got it. your order just went in’. Fast forward: food was ready at 8:30p– I raised the concern and unhappiness that it is 35 mins late. She apologized a little(stress ‘little’ and I heard her talk to her mgr– and made it sound like it was my fault in hearing distance from the customers. This is not the first time their service has been bad. I complained to the corp headquarters. Hello Owner, please fix the problem. Educate the staff and mgmt in customer service. Why should we be loyal customers if you give no reason for me to come back. There are more choices.

Pros: – Fried chicken wings are awesome. – They have a surprisingly good beer selection. Coors Light and Bud Light on one end of the spectrum, and Blue Moon, Fat Tire, Pliny the Elder, and Lil’ Sumpin’ from Lagunitas on the other end. – It’s supposed to be open until midnight. Yay for late night options! Cons: – Because they cook the wings to order, it usually takes about 20 mins to get your order. If it’s busy and a bunch of orders are ahead of you, it can take even longer. Minus ½ star. – They charge you for carrot and celery sticks, and for sauces like bleu cheese and ranch dressing. Everywhere else, these are things that usually included with chicken wings. Minus ½ star. – The service staff is well meaning, but a little clumsy, clueless, and unpolished. – Even though they’re supposed to be open until midnight, they often lock the doors at 11:30pm. This has happened to me on three separate occasions. I’ve complained about this, and they try to tell me that it’s so the STAFF can leave at midnight. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, and I can tell you that that’s not the way it’s supposed to work. Actually, anyone with a little bit of common sense can tell you that’s not the way it works. If, according to your hours of operation, you close at midnight, that means that you should be taking customers until midnight. If you’re locking the doors at 11:30 pm, then that means that you close at 11:30 pm. MINUS2STARS.

Wingstop is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it’s not. Service can at times be superb, and sometimes it’s lacking. Today, I was greeted by a super exuberant worker, which was refreshing compared to the usual inattentive cashiers. Even if you call in an order, you can expect to stay a bit longer than the average estimated wait time. I’ve been here multiple times and that still hasn’t changed. You get the picture. This place is not consistent. If you have never been to Wingstop, try theLemon Pepper wings. It’s the booomb! When cooked right, the regular and boneless wings are tender, juicy, and flavorful! I usually also get a side of boneless Garlic Parmesan wings too, which is my second favorite. Add fries and ranch dip to your meal and you’ll be craving it the next day — if your arteries don’t hate you. If you are looking for a place to accommodate your diet, don’t choose Wingstop. If you are looking to eat a greasy, unhealthy, and high sodium meal, then check this place out! You won’t be disappointed! =)
