Damn fast food that’s not fast. Wtf? Sucky ass service for sure. I was just hungry that’s why we had to stop here otherwise I would never ever drive over here. It’s surprising this dump is still open. Ghetto ass location.

The KFC team on Redwood Avenue makes it easy to complain about because they don’t seem to learn from their mistakes and they don’t seem to care about getting orders right. Not trying to get on all the employees that work there because I believe the tone is set at the top. That being said, the KFC on Georgia St. is a whole different story. Clearly the employees care about service and getting orders right. The team there operates differently than the team on Redwood Avenue. Major props to them! Redwood KFC… take a lesson from the Georgia St. KFC.

I must say I rarely eat fast food and never go into Vallejo. Stopped here after seeing super bowl ads. Went through the drive through ordered 2 3 piece meals get all the way home 20 minutes away, open the bag there is only 1. call the establishment, spoke to Alejandra who was very nice and said she would replace both of them. I really didn’t feel like driving there and back but we did.
When we got there she wasn’t sure which person i was because apparently they had also messed up someone else’s order too.
I have to say she was over accommodating and very apologetic for the mistake, let’s face it mistakes happen to all of us so for that I am giving two stars based on my experience with Alejandra.
Now that I’ve had the opportunity to read the other reviews, I must say the outside is very trashed, broken down cars in the parking lot, trash and debris everywhere and homeless. As a matter of fact they had one guy sitting inside who was clearly out of his mind, had shit his pants and it was very unpleasant. He got up to us the restroom (hate to be the one to go in and have to clean that mess up) and while he was gone the manager when over disinfected the entire are and disposed of the trash he left on the table. He came back out and asked where his cup was, she said she thought he was done, offered him another cup and told him he had to leave. He sat down in another booth.
I could never work in this environment and kudos to those who put up with this crap.

I ordered extra crispy and they gave me original It really pisses me off that I have to go out of my way to get some food and I can’t even get the correct order. If you guys want $ 15 an hour, please show the world that you deserve it!

I only used the Drive Thru. Outside of the property is filthy and not maintained with trash on the grounds. Window to drive thru was nasty dirty on both sides.
The only thing good is the Root Beer. The wafer thin, overcooked meat product (Papa Burger) was dripping with mass quantities of secret sauce. Fries were cold, tasteless and no salt. That may explain why they dumped in 8 packs of ketchup and about 30 napkins.
If they made a decent product, they wouldn’t have to bury it in secret sauce and ketchup.
Never going back. For good burgers, try Buds or Habit.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is probably the worst fast food spot in all of Vallejo. The employees are not professional at all. They never have grilled chicken available, tell you to wait 10−15min for a new batch! The place is always dirty! It sucks cuz I like their grilled chicken but there’s no other KFC around Vallejo. Still not gonna take my chances at this location.

This place is completely unbelievable! My husband went to get us some hot wings its 10:05 p.m. they don’t close for 55 minutes they told me they only had five wings left and they couldn’t make me any more because they were cleaning the fry machine. How unbelievable is this a restaurant that basically doesn’t close for an hour can’t make you the food you want. And I don’t want to get started on how many times I’ve come to this place and they have not had any hot sauce. I can understand at a KFC in Marin County not having hot sauce, but in Vallejo not having hot sauce. LOL

Extremely slow & bad service. They never have any of the items listed on the menu, especially if you happen to come here in the evening. Just avoid this place all together.

I wish I could give it no stars. Very dirty, horrible costumer service, and just plain bad. I live out of town where there is no KFC so thought it would be a nice treat. Well I was wrong, one thing I know for sure is I’m never coming back. This place was an absolute dump not to mention the dumpster was open was it was so gross! Trash was more on the ground than in the dumpster but it wasn’t open when we got there so I’m not sure who left it open. I left a comment on the KFC website and the manager called me and said she was sorry and she has to push them and they don’t work very hard. Sounds like they are in need of a brand new crew. Still angry tho

The service here sucks. Very inefficient when it comes to speedy service. I was at the drive through and I ordered a pot pie and some fries. I wait about 15 mins and as I am about to pay they tell me that they ran out of pot pies and I had to wait another 20 for them to cook another. So I pull over and wait another 30. At this point I thought about leaving even though I had already paid. When I finally got my order the fries were near frozen and cold. You’d figure they would get the fries cooked in the time it took to cook the pot pie but no. Avoid this place if you don’t want a bad experience. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because the pot pie tasted how it was supposed to. Which was average.

If you don’t have patience this is not the place for you. Drive thru takes a good 20 min every time. If you like the doublelicious sandwich they ALWAYS try to talk me out of getting it. They tell me it takes 7 minutes to cook, WELL THATS FINE SINCE THE LINE TAKES A YEAR ANYWAYS! If the owner of kfc knew that they try to talk people out of getting something because it takes longer to cook I’m sure they would be fired. Fast food nothing

Very slow. Been waiting in line for my order for over 10 mins. I asked for 2 separate orders they said they cannot do it. Lost my business. I’ll go somewhere else. Its really easy to suggest putting it on the same check and use two payments? Whatever.

ALWAYS check your food before leaving their drive thru. ⁹⁄₁₀ they forget something or give you something else than what you ordered. Sometimes theyre rude, and the place is usually dirty. I never see the workers clean the tables and chairs and booths. Food is good but service is very bad.

Slow service if you actually want what you wanted to order in the first place. Every time we go and try to get the grilled chicken, they’re «out» and say we have to wait 20 minutes. So much for «fast» food! What’s the deal with having an item on your menu but never having it ready to go?
Had an A&W burger here once too, never again. 70% bun, «WHERE’S THE BEEF?» and all these years I heard A&W were known for their great burgers.
Service is usually fine, and inside does look clean, and they are even nice enough to bring your food out to you if you did have to wait a while and are dining in. The repeated lack of having food available to eat is a big downer. Living close to this place (and every other KFC being so far) is the only reason we give them repeat business from my family and I still.

We’ve only been here once and it wasn’t a bad experience, and not necessarily good either. Seems like we had to wait a bit longer than at other KFC’s, and there wasn’t even a long line. Dude at the front register was funny. He was a heavyset caucasian fellow who cracked us up. Other than that, as I said before, there was no reason for us to wait almost 20 minutes for a family order and a couple other things.
The food was all right. Not too bad but again, nothing to write home about.

Everytime I go there it’s gona be 15 min or tonight 23 min to cook off 4 pieces of chicken. .c’mon man I’m a cook. I know it’s BS !! They are just lazy! Fast food? I can cook a steak dinner for 4 people in 23 min. this is rediculous. .this is the 3^rd time that they said oh no we can’t do ½ original & ½ grilled that will take too long.
We 1^st of all it was 745pm dinner time. they should be ready for a dinner rush! So I again ended up at their competitors. .they had all their chicken ready!
Maybe the company should check on this store. as the Comercial says we can order the buckets anyway we want.& the San Rafael, ca store always has it the way you want it.& they are a two concept store as well. just managed far better!

Absolutely terrible service… twice. We were here about 2 weeks to buy lunch for the family. We ordered their manager special which is the 9 piece chicken (with sides) but we were told it will be 25−30min wait. This was around 12:00 o’clock. Can’t believe they’re out of chicken during mid-​day.
Returned today hoping service has improved. It hasn’t. I walked in being the 3^rd person in line. It took 5 minutes to take the order from the first customer. The worker kept walking to the back to check on stuff. When the worker was done with the first customer, he had to help prepare orders. As the wait continues, more people walked in and line is longer. The next person was waiting for another 3 – 4 min. At this point, I walked out. Decided to go to Baldos for carne asada fries where it took 5 min to order and get my food.
The manager at kfc needs to step in and help. Otherwise, hire more people. KFC really needs to make some changes. Something is wrong if you have so many customers saying the same thing.

35 mins for drive through is unacceptable. Employees fighting and bickering among themselves. Do yourself a favor and keep driving till you hit any other restaurant

Walked in and noticed that the employees were more interested in talking amongst themselves than taking care of customers. The lady who took our order was not polite but not rude. She was also very slow. The food was horrible and not how I remember kfc at all. Then a man came in after us and yes he was being rude to the cashier but she stormed off and when he walked out the door she came out from behind the counter swearing and saying she had spit in his food. Most definitely will not be returning. 4÷13÷14 3:03pm
