Second time I go and there closed at 8:50pm when there suppose to close at 9pm so call ahead so you don’t waste your gas going there.

I love my veggies! BUT when they look like they’ve been sitting out all night in a HOT cabinet it kinda makes me sick to my stomach. As the people in front of me probably got the worst of the bad veggies I could still see the staleness in mine –_-. Also subway, your«deluxe» is a joke.

This place has the worst customer service and it’s the owner. If you have a coupon she acts like she’s mad at you. National Sandwich Day this lady was giving customers a bad look and rolling here eyes at everybody asking for the deal. She is horrible.

Just stopped by Grandson wanted a tuna sandwich and I was craving a hot pastrami. The food was good and the service was friendly and fast. We were the only customers at the time. The only draw back was… I like un sweetened ice tea. All they had was sweetened. Not sure if they were just out or don’t have it at all. Otherwise it was fine for a sandwich shop.

Stopped in at 8:50(their business hours say 9pm) and they said that they can’t do anything to help me because their system is turned off. Then why keep the ‘open’ sign on?! Plus they started laughing when I walked out. Ugh.

Yes Subway is Subway and the food should be the same since this is a chain restaurant. However, its all about customer service… The speed and preparation is good. However, sometimes the workers are not friendly and if you say something, they forget and do something else anyways. Maybe I came in when the workers were having a bad day. But I’ve noticed that customer service is not at the level of satisfaction. I will try to find another Subway location which more friendly workers.

OMG seriously! I too experienced awful customer service from the«miserable lady» working behind the counter. Upon walking in she asked me to give her a second while she finished up texting someone. Attitude during the entire experience. I will not be back. to all there’s another subway just up the hill on Redwood and Tuolumne do yourself a solid and go there instead! Update: decided to give it an extra star because the sandwich was a typical subway sandwich. Only the customer service stunk.

The young man behind the counter was great but the music is so loud I feel like I’m in a nightclub I could barely hear him while ordering my food. While making my sandwich he acted as if he owned the restaurant and had to budget on the meat and cheese but gave me plenty of vegetables the sandwich was not all that great The Stars’ for his customer service

The customer service was horrible. I asked for sourdough bread and received burned white bread.(I hate white bread). Sand which was super bland. Also they tried to over charge me I’m glad I caught that before I paid. Don’t know if I will return. Maybe because it was late when I went in… Umm don’t know.

Came here one time and was rushed to order due to they were going to close soon, I would say I was there 20 minutes or so before closing.. The customer service was terrible and I will NEVER come back here.

I’ve been to this Subway multiple times and experiences have varied, but today was terrible!!! I know what the $ 5 special is on Wednesday, just because it happens to be the sandwich I usually order anyway. I ordered it and the girl behind the counter seemed confused, but eventually started making it. Despite the fact that the meat and bread I wanted were the first words out of my mouth when she turned around her memory gave out and asked for the sandwich type again. Every topping I had to repeat to her, she was terrible with veggie portions and when I told her what chips I wanted, she spent minutes staring at the chip shelves(and I could see the chips I wanted right in front of her). The girl who rung me up was just as bad since she didn’t understand the words«daily special» and told me it only applied after 4 pm. I have gotten this same meal at various times of the day so I didn’t know why she was making up rules. Not wanting to be in the restaurant much longer, I accepted her incompetence and decided to pay and leave. When I got to my car, I looked up and saw a sign in the window mentioning a 4 pm start time for some 2 for $ 5 deal — not what I was trying to order. So basically, this girl overcharged me because she doesn’t know the daily meal deal. Terrible service. Will not be going back!!!

Ok so ive recently gone back to this place twice now and the miserable lady they had working is now no longer there and the new people are much nicer and less depressing so im updating this reveiw to reflect the positive change made to the staff… Who ever is in charge there thanks for getting rid of that lady I will now come back to eat since its closer to my work then the other subways …

God I wish I could give them negative five stars. Usually I don’t take the time to review fast food – BUT the indian lady who works here is so CHEAP with her toppings… she puts nothing on a sandwich – a footlong gets two small tomato slices… she puts ONE extra if you ask for more… worst staff of any subway I’ve been been to.
