I usually come here for lunch when I was working in Vallejo. I really love their pastrami sandwich compared to subway. They give a generous portion of meat which is what you expect when you order a hearty pastrami sandwich. I def will continue to come back here. A+++ for service!

If you don’t want a bland sandwich, come to togos! Especially this location. Good, fast customer service, and sandwiches are always made with good ingredient portions.

I love this togos location! When u walk in your are greeted with a smile and a welcoming hello to all there customers. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly they’re efficient at preparing those special orders you feel like your being waited on in a restaurant setting rather than a fast food type of place. I give this place five stars because, even though you can go to any togos location and receive the same food. This place has excellent customer service. The atmosphere is very pleasant and for some reason, some people jus make better sandwiches than others. And this place does all that !

Extremely dissapointed with the Togo’s at this specific location. Came by around 8pm on a Friday to grab a sandwich only to see all the lights off and three employees standing outside, socializing. Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t you close at 9?

Love coming to this location! Everyone here is super friendly. The food is always yummy and the joint is always clean. They were so sweet to my two crazy kids even though they were acting like brats! Don’t bother with other sandwich spots in town. Togo’s is the best!!!

I love Togo’s over Subway, especially this location. 99% of the time I get the exact sandwich I ordered (sometimes it will miss an item). The store manager and a few other ladies that have been there for years are absolutely amazing, always having a cheerful smile to greet you. I come at least 2 times a month and the environment it always very clean. I highly suggest stopping by if you’re in the mood for a sandwich, salad or wrap!

At first I was put off by the poor upkeep of the shopping center this Togos was located in but once I enter the Togos I knew the company was in good hands everything maintained well customer service was excellent good under pressure especially when heavy crowds came in all food was made perfect and taste delicious they also have chili on every days where other vendors did not I recommend Mr. Singh and his Togos any day

Yesterday I was disappointed in two of the three sandwiches I purchased. After my review on Unilocal and returning both sandwiches back to the shift Mgr, Anita. She immediately called the owner, Mr Dabb to update him with the news. Within 5 minutes he walked in the store and apologized. I have been a returning customer for years at this location and today proves why I will continue for years to come. Ms Anita & Ms Louisa remade new sandwiches to my satisfaction. Thank you Ladies and Mr Dabb for making good with quality work.

This place is great! The food is delicious, try the pastrami sandwich. Staff was nice too. Sandwiches taste better than subway.

Great service. 1 of 2 quick food places I will eat in Vallejo. Establishment is always clean and they’re quick at taking care of your order. Like the frequent order card too.

I am standing in line right now. The young lady who is helping me is fantastic. No name tag, so I don’t know her name. But very customer service oriented. I walked in welcome me, let me know she will be right with me. I really enjoy her service. She should get recognize by her bosses! Go togo’s Vallejo!

awful customer service, we went there on a Sunday evening and there was only one lady making the food, while the other lady was mopping the floors. Place was full and she kept cleaning instead of helping her fellow coworker. Everyone was upset. Place is understaffed. Place is not clean. Food was not fresh, and they were missing a lot of times like black olives.
Do your self a favor, do not come here.

Great food, much better then other sandwich places in the area. The owner is often there and is very friendly and accomidating to requests. He also is very helpful with vegitarian alternatives and has his own blends of sandwiches he makes that are not on the menu.

My husband has been going to this location for 15+ years and I have been going for about 10 years… and I will say that it has gone down hill! The quality and finesse that used to be put into their sandwiches definately isn’t there any more. I feel bad putting a bad review because they know us but this last visit broke me…
First off the girl behind the counter has been there for at least 7 months and she still doesn’t show confidence in what she’s doing. They didn’t tell us they were out of anything until we got to putting veggies on my husbands’ sandwich and they were out of peperoncinis. Not only were they out but they thought it was comical that they didn’t have them.
Also, we were not the only ones asking for peperoncinis about 6 other people came in asking for them on their sandwiches, at that point someone needs to go to the store to get some. They were also low on bread so we didn’t really get much choice on bread.
That being said… my husband decided he didn’t want his orginal sandwich because the peperoncinis make the sandwich. So she sets his sandwich to the side to make him a different one. Mean while my hot sandwich is sitting on the scale getting cold… which made it nearly impossible to even stomach because the flavor was completely off and I ended up throwing half of it away.
My Husband asks if we can get a discount or a free drink because of the inconvenience… the girl clenches up and says no sorry can’t. Which to me is redicoulus… we have been going to this exact place for 15 years and they know us, but can loose out on $ 4 for 2 sodas for the inconvenience to a very loyal customer… makes NO SENSE to me at all!
While my husband had the other girl make a different sandwich for him, the orginal girls boyfriend came in. He was going to order and pay for a sandwich but the girl making my husbands sandwich told the girl to give him the sandwich my husband didn’t want, he hesitated, she pushed it on him saying «it’s free just take it!» REALLY? They gave him a free sandwich, which by the way had extra meats so it was almost a $ 9 sandwich, but they wouldn’t give us free drinks!!! I really see something wrong with this!
We sit down and we are looking at the receipt and see that we were even charged wrong after all of that. She kinda played dumb about it but corrected it.
So basically next time we are in the mood for a sandwich we will save our $ 20 and eat somewhere else instead. I can’t see supporting a business that can’t even show they care a little bit about their customers. We have had issues before but kept giving them a chance… but now I think we are done! I’m very disappointed.

I felt like the place was severely under staffed. All the lights were off, and there was no air conditioning despite how hot it was outside.
I’ve never had a sandwich place literally lower my morale for the rest of the day. After waiting for 25min and the line of 8 barely moving, I decided to leave. So a 25min visit resulted in no food, sweat, and me questioning my life choices. Never again.
