Starbucks

Went in today for an iced coffee with vanilla and this Hispanic guy with glasses was beyond nice and asked how my day was going which made my day great! Props to his great-​spirited customer skills and fast process in all the drinks he was making !

Terrible Starbucks. Service was lacking in every way. I asked for the bathroom code and it was mumbled to me. When I tried it three times it locked me out. I asked another employee how to get in, she said I locked myself out. So is it my fault that I can’t use the restroom they are supposed to provide for customers? Two of the employees never looked me in the face or offered any help. Only one table didn’t have crumbs. They do not support laptops anymore at this Starbucks. Go to The Grind coffee shop if you want coffee in Vallejo. They are in Tuolumne St. Coffee is local and better quality, baked goods are local and they will greet you with a smile. I will not go to this Starbucks again.

We weren’t here so early that we were part of the morning crush. Still, 9AM is morning and these baristas were cranking the people out.
Quick to order. Got help with my new mobile app (new to me!) and on our way.
Coffee’s are pretty standard Starbucks. I appreciate consistency.

The most unfriendly staff. Every employee looks unhappy to be there except for the cashier who is clearly faking her enthusiasm. It’s obvious everyone who works there hates their job.
While trying to place my order you can clearly see their eyes roll as I attempt to add on another item. I can admit, my order was done fairly quick. But it’s because they make it clear when your items are finished. Slamming your drink on the hand-​off bar in an apparent attempt to get you to leave. Even if you say «thank you» all you will get in response is a «uh huh.» You’d hope everything is fine once you acquire all your items. But once you take a sip of your coffee you’ll notice they gave you decaf espresso shots.
Only come here if youre looking for an overall rude experience and decaffeinated coffee

The most unfriendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone looked mean, no one said hello. They were actually having a conversation while taking my order. The conversation consisted of labor pains women stretch marks and having babies. I thought it was pretty inappropriate during my order taking. I should call corporate headquarters.

I have been several times to this Starbucks and never had any deception.
The place is clean, Friendly, quiet and the coffee is good.
They always did my coffee to the perfection !!
Always smiling and nice coffee … what else do you need to start your day?

I’ve come to this Starbucks often after I run other errands in the area. It’s close to seafood city and Kaiser. Mostly the staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman that works the afternoon/​eve shift, but all are great. It also never seems to be overcrowded to the point of no seating and long lines like some of the others. Good job

I’m convinced that majority of the staff here are just plain unhappy (with their life or with their job). I have yet to meet someone that doesn’t have an attitude making the drinks. I was there on ⁵⁄₁₆ in the morning (9am) and the lady making the drinks was commenting loudly with «I’m so ready for this day to be over.» and «Ugh, I’m so done with this.» And when I asked if she had made my drink with no water she gave me a dirty look. That’s not even the first time I’ve heard the staff complaining aloud. Also, it’s rude to comment to your customers «That’s a weird necklace.» Didn’t they teach you that if you have nothing nice to say just keep your mouth shut?! RUDE. I don’t recommend this location. Go elsewhere.

Ok so let’s give this location an update. I go here as much as possible and I have no more issues with my drink being wrong or anything. The customer service is great. There’s a guy that works here I want to say his name is Kevin but I’m not sure, anyway, he’s super nice and always talks to everyone while making drinks and you can tell it’s not just for customer service. He’s an all around nice guy. The girls are great too, I really like this location, I just wish they had a drive thru and I’d come more often. Anyway great job you guys!!!

This has to be by far the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. As I ran to Starbucks on my lunch break I saw one of the employees making out with her boyfriend obviously while she is still on the clock mind you that there was about 3 people waiting in line.

On an otherwise stressful day, I was looking forward to my lunch break to satisfy my caffeine addiction. I come here on the regular and usually no issues however I came on this particular day and the tall young black barista guy just failed me on the worst day of all, a Monday!
I ordered a GRANDE light iced drink and he left 1 – 2 inches of room at the top after he asked me, «light ice, right?»
Me: «yeah…»
Him: Proceeds to hand me drink not filled to the top.
Me: Glaring at him like «WTF, dumb @$$.»
Him: Completely clueless as to the obvious problem or perhaps just careless. He seems to have been talking to his friends sitting off to the side, possible other starbucks employees from what I gathered.
Me: I leave with all intents to complain to customer service.
I mean in what planet is THAT acceptable??? You work at Starbucks, honey… If you don’t know the difference between a tall and a grande, you are in the wrong business and you need to go to school or get your eyes checked. I didn’t say I need room, I said GRANDE. It’s so simple, it’s ridiculous.
To give him credit, the drink tasted good but still I left dissatisfied that I was charged for a grande drink and received a tall. LAAAAAAME. Management, please train the newbies!!!

For the red haired barista, thanks for the no «good morning», thanks for cutting me off in the middle of my order and walking away as I’m still speaking multiple times, thanks for awkwardly standing there after my transaction had ended until I realized I’m done, thanks for handing me my receipt silently as my «thanks/​goodbye/​have a good day».

Surprised my second time here and my coffee was horrible skinny latte had to go to another store to have them remake it…

Been coming for years. I love the staff, they always get my drink right!!! It does get buzzy throughout from time to time. So be prefer to wait coffee lovers!!!

The ladies who work here are delightful (the one guy that occasionally works here USA touch slow and you have to repeat everything four times or more). I have now been here enough times that even if they do not remember my name they know my regular order.
The odd time that they are very busy and mess up or forget my order they always give me a card for a free drink. Free wifi, smiles, close to home = happy return customer.

Just like any other regular Starbucks place but it was crowded today… may be cuz it’s Father’s Day? But ya, lines went to the door it was a 10 mins wait? Other than that, nice staff who doesn’t know how to spell names… I’m «Diane» today lmfao.

Super convenient hours and an added bonus is it’s next to my gym. The staff is friendly and the service is quick but not rushed. Plenty of parking and seating inside. I recently noticed a Venti Iced Green Tea is 10 cents cheaper than the Concord location! I wonder if that’s due to geographic location (probably so)
However this Starbucks location does not have a drive thru, outdoor seating and due to the shopping center in which it is located I cannot give 5 stars…

The staff is so friendly here… and they never mess up my drinks. I try to beat the morning rush, so if you get there before 8 am you will be in and out.
Also the pastry case is always full, which means I can always get what I feel like for the day.

My experiences in Vallejo have led me to be disinclined to trust goods or services sold in this town, however, this Starbucks is an amazing, and welcomed exception, and I’m not even ordinarily a huge supporter of Starbucks.
I come here as a customer to buy coffee as well as a gardener to procure free used coffee grounds. I love this Starbucks from both of these standpoints. The customer service here is *fantastic*, and this is not an easy place to run a business based on consistently stellar customer service, but the employees at this Starbucks seem to do it effortlessly. I hope they are getting recognized by their boss and corporate for the outstanding service they provide. If I could give one more star, I would.
