I know it’s fast food but damn the fries are too soft they’re hot but they’re not crunchy at all they have to be cooking it too dang fast the sandwich was warm/​ok I guess could have spent $ 9 dollars at Taco Bell only thing that tasted good was the damn strawberry lemonade.

Worst Wendy’s in the world! Nothing is Everrrr Fresh! Expect for 3day old fries! An hard dry burgers! ugh

Worst Wendy’s in the World. TWICE I have attempted to get a «fresh made» salad from this location with no tomatoes. The last time, it was ordered no tomatoes, being very clear about my allergy. I know the salad comes with tomatoes standard, because the website states it. The lady tells my husband there are no tomatoes (he was ordering for me as I was at work), since he doesn’t know what it comes with, he takes her for her word. I receive it full of nearly two tomatoes worth of tiny chopped up tomatoes. I call and request it be remade correctly and get LAUGHED AT, but they agree to remake and have it waiting for hubby. He gets there, not ready. They are rude to him about it, and also laugh off the mistake that could have KILLED me (I work in a call center that is usually dark, so I was lucky I could see them before I ate any).
Nothing was done to correct the person who was so blatantly wrong. And these fast food workers want $ 15 an hour for that? If I could give negative stars, I would!

Went to this location last Tuesday 12÷15÷15. I ordered a cheese burger, fries and bottled water. It was my first and ended up being my only meal of the day. I started feel nausea a couple of hours after eating the meal and by 5:30 I was vomiting repeatedly and experiencing diarrhea. I was very weak for 2 days after this incident. This was an obvious case of food poisoning. I contacted the manager of the Wendys and she offered to file a claim if I came down to the location, I am doing this today. A Wendys district manager has also contacted me to do the same. I’ll update this review with any additional info if and when it is appropriate. Needless to say, I will never be going back.

When did Wendy’s turn into crap!!! I’ve always loved Wendy’s. Out of all the fast food places they seemed to be the freshest and always good but the last 2 times it was horrible! Burgers were hella small and not fresh/​cold & the fries were disgusting!!! The chili my dad got wasn’t even hot it was barely warm!!! And the ONE smallest piece of onion they put on the burgers is enough to make you wanna throw it at their face!!! ZERO STARS if it was possible!

wish this had a –000. I went today to get my husband and son some food. the kid taking orders was so damn rude. how dare you treat customers like that. some lady got on right after and said sorry he shouldn’t talk to you like that. and my order was wrong. he needs to be fired! !! never will go there again. seem like every business on that street is effin stupid Baldos sucks, chicken express sucks. go down the line to suckville… better places to eat loosers!!!

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food. But this location sucks! They are sooooo… slow. It’s not like they’re busy. There are a whole 4 people in the dining room. And the dining room is freezing cold. *I have never waited this long in any fast food restaurant EVER!!!
** And their restroom was a disaster.

My frostys are already half melted. :(my husband ordered the new chicken sandwich and it was nasty. 2 tiny onions and a tiny piece of lettuce. Chicken was cold. Ordered a bake potato no chives and got chives.

crappiest hamburgers on the planet, taste like old fish. super gross, do not eat at wendys, their going down the toilet!!! Not sure what happened they used to be good six or seven years ago!

I wouldn’t even give this place a star honestly. I am not surprise there no positive feedback on here, but what do I expect right??? Anyway, I came here today and got myself chicken sandwich combo, omg my first bite I knew there was something wrong with the food so I stopped eating completely, an hour after I started throwing up and nauseated. I was done, I was super sick. I called them to let them know what happened and told them I don’t want a refund but just calling to make sure to check on their food and not serve it. What did the manager say «but but but» and then she said I’ll transfer you to someone that can help you, ok I mean who else is going to help me besides the manager??? Seriously I just said I got ill because of the food from there. Wow. just wow. Never again.

Wendy’s has always been my favorite fast food chain but this one definitely ruined it for me. My food was horrible. Everything tasted like old grease… never coming back here

Just the usual average Wendy’s. It’s the only one in Vallejo and is centrally located which are definitely positives. I rarely eat fast food but Wendy’s is the best tasting of all the major chains and doesn’t make me feel sick and nasty making me regret it like McDonald’s always does and Jack in the Box sometimes does. The drive thru gets real busy during lunch time and after afternoon commute.

Typical Wendy’s in a city I’d rather not re-​visit. Stopped by here around 10:30pm after the Legends of Candlestick game in SF on our way home to Sacramento. There was a decent line in the drive-​thru and the lobby was already closed (not surprising as it IS Vallejo). It took about 10 minutes to get to the speaker to have our order taken, but once we got that far it took less than 5 minutes to get out of there and back on the road. Not to shabby for a fast food place at that time.

I don’t know what is going on here, but my order was messed up. I will let it slide, but I won’t be coming back here if I don’t have to.

It must be Wendy’s common courtesy now not to say anything at a drive thru, the last few times I’ve been at the Vallejo Wendy’s Drive Thru they have been the unfriendliest and sometimes rudest people I’ve met they just take the debit card and don’t say a word and shove the bag at you and leave.
Also the fries have been limp and could use some male enhancement stuff if you know what I mean, and the baconator have been missing cheese and bacon compared to when it seemed like it first came out. Please Wendy’s do something about this location, I don’t want to stop coming to Wendy’s I love it to much to lose it.

Pros:
Being among the top 3 fast food chains in America, Wendy’s does deliver, even in an era when the calorie count charts are mandated under the new healthcare law. This facility is very well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful with very specific requests for my meal.
Chicken sandwiches are always reliable. The salads are satisfying, considering the variety of dressings available. The avocado dressing is particularly satisfying. Best salad is oriental chicken salad.
Cons:
Being among the top 3 fast food chains in America, every Wendy’s including this one will train their employees to prepare food exactly the same way.
Bottom Line:
As of recently, there appears to be a more conscious effort on the part of Wendy’s to put together a «lean» and «heavy» calorie menu. The taste of satisfaction is still present among their sandwiches, salads and burgers. Dave Thomas should be proud of this location.

when you low on funds orrrrrr jst want something quick and yummy i come here for some cesar side salad, 5 piece spicy chicken nuggets. cut the nuggets into small pieces and mix in with the salad… shake it up annnnnd be satisfied. (;
you really cant go wrong here. service isnt so bad compared to the one up the street…

You can’t go wrong when coming to this Wendy’s. I think they have the best seating for a fast food place.

Came to Vallejo yesterday to help a friend move and decided to grab a quick bite at Wendy’s This place actually does look really ‘Old Fashioned’, its pretty cool.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich and the 99cent crispy spicy chicken nuggets. When my order was ready, the girl that took my order handed it to me and said with a smile: «Here’s your ‘spicy’ meal!»
Haha nice people that work here. Very Friendly.
The Food was good too. Nothin like Spicy, Crispy chicken to warm you up on a cold day ;]

I’m ravenous on my way home and i’m trying to figure out what i want. hmmm there’s Taco Bell. nooo,

So I go to the drive thru and order a #2 and chili (small) and a baked potato. (Told you guys I’m a fattie)
Roll up to The Window. No hello, just how much I owe… alright. Hands me back all my stuff. hmm
Get home, Start unpacking and here’s what i have. 1 burger slightly warm, 1 fries very salted, 0.75 cup of chili (thanks for putting it in the bag sideways) and 1 box of a squished potato, oh and 4 things of pepper and a butter and acidic sour cream? Scary!
Why was this all in three bags though? That’s a waste of bags. AND napkins. I’m not «green» but I don’t think that’s such a great idea. Why 4 peppers? What did salt ever do to you? I would have been fine with one salt and one pepper. And please don’t ever ever throw a cup of chili in a bag sideways. That’s just careless and rude. Luckily it didn’t spill out of the three bags.
ugh, shoulda just tried Chicken Express. Or came home to my Ramen and Kimchi. *sigh* The second star is only because the food wasn’t as bad. Everything else though. bleh!
