Burger King

Young lady working drive through is unpleasant, poor customer service, always frowning, very unhappy and no eye contact with her customers. She shouldn’t be working in the window. If she is going through tough times — she should leave it at home and maybe «pretend» to like her work. Very poor representation of her company.

Dislike the food. The store is dirty and flies are flying around in the middle of the entrance. Not 1 but multiple flies! Food was cold as well. Never going back.

I’ve only been to this Burger King while going through the drive-​thru, and it seemed like I had to wait quite a while just to order. Probably not the fault of the place. The saving grace was that both times I did the drive-​thru, the guy and girl at the window were both very nice over the intercom and in person, and that’s a big plus for me. The food was reasonably warm and portions were plentiful. I’d come back, but I’d have to check out the inside next time…

New foundations bad food. What happened to the quality of their chicken sandwiches. I mean it was literally tasteless even when I added barbecue sauce. Years ago this place was good I enjoyed their whoppers and fries. When I tried their new satisfries with half the fat and that was tasteless as well. Yuck! I actually ate all of it because I was hungry man that was a bland meal…

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. They don’t take app deals at all or tv offers. The lady that took my order didn’t even speak English. My order was completely incorrect and they didn’t even have lemonade. And because they don’t accept the app I had to pay twice what I was planning on paying.

You’re looking on Unilocal for a review on fast food. What more do you expect? As long as it’s reasonably clean, fast, and cheap. Which this burger king is. Thankfully they remodeled this place a few months back and it looks up to date.

I went there for lunch. The burger was only warm and not hot enough. If you want to take a pee, they charge to use the restrooms. Be prepared to bring quarters if you want to wash your hands before eating your meal. This place is nickel and diming you for everything now. I am going to go elsewhere in Vallejo after this. What happened to sanitary conditions? You should have the right to wash your hands before you eat and buy your meal.

Break fast or lunch this place is good compared to the mickey d’s here. The service is quick with no attitude and the food ⁷⁄₁₀ times will come out piping hot. The place is generally empty so it goes pretty fast and… the new renovations look great. The other good thing about this place is when you ask for extra pickles or ketchup, you get that. I personally enjoy not feeling like I’m begging for some rare commodity. ITs KETCHUP people. I just bought food. come on. The water cups here are also top notch. They’re the perfect size. L0VE IT! Also… the sub to ORANGE JUICE choice is a no charge i think. YAY!

Wow, maybe Burger King looks at these comments? Well, you got one thing going for this place, your making it look better that is about it, the food has gone down hill BIG TIME!
Recently I went there to get a couple Chicken sandwich’s for a $ 1.07 made sure I said to the cashier I would like two of the dollar original chicken sandwich’s that are on sale for this weekend and was then charged $ 8 dollars without me knowing until I looked at my receipt.
After this I tried to get the guys attention a couple times to tell him this and then after he was done talking to someone I finally explained myself to him and was promptly told that the offer was no longer good even though there is advertisements everywhere in the Restaurant, website, facebook, tv. etc seriously???
To top it off, I ordered another meal and I figured hey this would be pretty damn easy to make a whopper cheese, mayo only.WRONG. Cashier had to explain it to the «BK Cook» 5 seperate times how to make it, and literally stood there about 6 – 7 minutes waiting for my food, Ever wonder why you guys are falling further behind MCD’s and Wendy’s? I could tell you why but I wouldn’t be «politically correct»

New to Vallejo for the past year, this is the only Burger King I go to, kind of a hit and miss type place. At this Burger King of late the food has been both hot, and dare I say tasty? Though sometimes I’ll admit it’s scary with some of the «gangsters» are around. 9 times out of 10 I’ll hit up the drive through.

Friendly staff. Food quickly served. Could have area more cleaned.

It’s one thing when you see a billboard for an appetizing promotional fast food deal in your hometown that’s just too good to pass up. It’s another thing when said restaurant doesn’t honor said deal.
The Vallejo Burger King on Sonoma apparently doesn’t offer the 3 dollar meal deal that’s advertised not even a quarter mile away via a billboard on Broadway St.
Burger King, you –are– the epic fail.

It’s times like these that make one appreciate those monitors at some drive-​thrus that show exactly what the person taking your order hears. Long story short, I wanted a regular chicken sandwich, no mayo and got a «big fish, no mayo.» I went in and got them switched. It was fairly chaotic inside (which I suppose should make me more sympathetic and understanding). The whole experience raised my stress level and probably contributed just a little bit to the migraine I got 15 minutes later.
One extra star for giving me something to Unilocal about, because really, if nothing out of the ordinary happened at a fast food, there would be nothing to tell.
