The staff was chatting in the back and someone scratching their hand. Bare hands went from cash to food however a few in the back did have gloves on.
Last visit they forgot the MEAT PATTY!!! This time I ordered a burger with bacon and they forgot the BACON!
The tables were all dirty and when we mentioned our order being incorrect she just said sorry we got a new cook so it will take some time for her to learn– what… Uh I’ve worked fast food before. Either comp the meal, replace it, or give a coupon.
The last time I was here was about 5 years ago for a messed up breakfast order. This time no way I’ll be returning. What a joke.
Employees need more training, more grooming, and a little professionalism!

The food is pretty good here most of the time. I much prefer their breakfast sandwiches to the ones you get at McDonald’s. Here you actually feel like you’re getting something that looks like and resembles an egg on your sausage egg and cheese biscuit. And the biscuits are soft and delicious.
I have to agree with Bruce though, it hardly qualifies as fast food if you are the only one in the drive through and yet they still ask you to pull way forward and then make you wait for 5 – 10 more minutes before they finally bring out your food. Definitely don’t go here if you’re rushed for time. Then, when they do finally bring your food out to you, there is no apology about the wait, but rather they seem annoyed that they have to walk all the wait out to the car to give me my food… well whose fault is that?

Great playground.
Yes, they ask you to pull forward but, they hustle the food out and it is always fast… I hate being stuck behind someone that won’t pull forward.
Fry sauce is a must.

Great food and service, just stopped off the freeway and ordered a dice start burger and fries and they were quick. Also the sauces were amazing and very fresh, also fast food always gets not so good reviews but this carls jr was the best.

This is THE WORST Carl’s Jr. location out there! To qualify this, I LOVE the restaurant chain. I eat there 2−3x a week. This specific location is terrible. They are always slow, they skimp on the sauces, they frequently get the order a little wrong, their sodas are frequently flat. Other than they, I recommend this location. Don’t be surprised if you order at the drive thru and they ask you to pull to the front and they’ll bring out your order. I did that and then waited 10 minutes for them to bring it out. This has happened on 3 of my last 4 visits to this location. SO frustrating.

Alright If the National Carls Jr website says free drink with Turkey burger than honor it. You need to thank Dr Oz for. sending me in to try it the terriyaki turkey burger was great but hold the bugs next time on the lettuce
