Freeway Tire Pros

I stumbled across Freeway Tire Pros because they were close to work and they’re now my favorite mechanics I’ve ever had. I’ve had tire repairs, oil changes, and emissions testing done here and they are consistently quicker and cheaper than anywhere else I’ve found.
They are extremely helpful with no upsell pushing and no drama. It is a breath of fresh air compared to every other car experience I’ve had. Super glad to have found them, they are the only place I’ll go now.

I ONLY go to Freeway Tire Pros! As a single woman, I really need a mechanic that I can count on to be honest and that does quality work without breaking my piggy bank. Freeway Tire Pros always exceeds my expectations. Matt’s team even kept my teenager’s clunker running despite his 40 mile a day commute, while on a limited budget. Matt is more than fair. Everyone should try them. (Note: I am not related to nor friends with anyone at Freeway Tire Pros, this review is purely based on my many experiences with them through the last few years.)

Needed 4 new tires for my 23-​yr-​old car, so didn’t want to spend a lot… they gave me a quality tire at a rock-​bottom price. One month later, I ran over something on the freeway, causing an irreparable gash on the sidewall of one tire. They got me another new tire pronto (even picking it up from their warehouse that morning so I didn’t have to wait for the usual afternoon delivery truck to make it rounds) and at the same great price.
Also had them check out a problem I was having with my hand brake (lever wasn’t staying up… had to park in 1^st or reverse, as I have a 5-​speed). Another auto shop said the entire hand brake system was shot and needed replacing… but these guys checked it out and said the system was fine, it was just the lever’s ratchet that had broken off and needed replacing (ended up having to buy an new lever assembly to get the needed ratchet, but it was way cheaper than buying an entire new hand brake system – that I really didn’t need – and having it installed).
These guys are in business for the right reasons… make their customers happy with great, honest service and extremely fair prices (unlike other auto places that pad prices or say you need work that you really don’t just to make as much off you as they can, with no thought to honesty or to earning your trust to become a repeat/​loyal customer). Owner Matt Lamb and his team are gems. Don’t hesitate to give them a try… you’ll be won over!
(By the way… they no longer have the car wash… they took it out and are adding more service bays… good call!)

Stopped in to get the A/​C fixed on my truck since they’re close to my work. I’ve heard that A/​C can be very expensive to fix, so I was prepared to get a bill for several hundred dollars.
Mike, who was very friendly, looked at it and found that there was just a loose ground screw. He seemed super knowledgeable and could have easily charged me for hundreds in repairs without me knowing the difference. I was very impressed at their honesty.
I will definitely be bringing both of my cars here now.
