I would choose 0 stars if that was an option. Century Link provides the worst customer service ever. They tell you that you are getting one price, then give you another. When you try to cancel your service because you never agreed to what they are charging, they slam you with early termination fees. Their supervisors don’t care about you. Their customer support representatives don’t care about you. No one ever knows what is going on and you are going to have to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to be told that they have no idea. It doesn’t matter how long you have been an account holder, they won’t help you at all. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CENTURY LINK. Seriously, do yourself a favor and sign up with ANY other provider. PLEASE! Also, be careful of the mysterious contracts that they enroll you in without your signatures or authorization! You will regret using them, I promise.

although the field service with CL has been very good, the administration of sales, billing, and customer service has to be some combination of doing business with kindergarteners and dictators!
i would not sign up with CL again and am considering going back to Comcast. Who is only a slighty better option billing and customer service wise, but their internet is far superior!
