After an exhausting day at 4 mattress stores, we stopped at Mattress firm this past Saturday in American Fork. We were greated promptly by John and he invited us in and explained their labor day sale. John then asked us if he could take the time to fit us for the right mattress. We did not hear that form any of the 4 stores that we were in. John took the time to walk us through and explain how the store was laid out. Before we entered the store we agreed that we were not going to purchase the mattress today. Because John was so professional, we ended up purchasing a bed on an adjustable base and it is being delivered next week. We highly recommend John in the American Fork mattress firm location to anyone looking for a mattress. The experience was wonderful and refreshing. Thank you Mattress Firm.

We went in to try out and purchase a new bed. John was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and making recommendations based on our preferences. We purchased a bed, pillows, mattress cover and pillow protectors. The store didn’t have all of the protectors we needed so John went out of his way to go to another store and pick one up for us. Our bed was delivered and set up the next day, and they took away our old bed. We had a great experience, and we love our new bed!
