I was helped by Anthony he was extremely knowledgable, quick, and knew how to help me get exactly what I wanted. The lines for check out I have seen get really long in other games tops but I was helped very fast. This is the best GameStop I have been to by far.

Customer service here is the worst I’ve encountered in a while. I was «helped» by Jacob. Service was lackluster at first, unenthusiastic to be sure, which isn’t usually a problem; I’m not very picky about service at a place like gamestop. However, when my husband told him that we were paying partially with a giftcard, Jacob ripped the card out of husbands hand, swiped it through the card reader and then through it on the counter. He then told my husband to sign and reached for his cellphone and started texting. We spent nearly a hundred dollars, and had the card not already been swiped and charged, I would have told him to keep the merchandise, and his attitude, and left.
I recommend that you spend your money across the parking lot at target.
