I have followed Brittney Downing for years! She is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She does a Tea-​Tree treatment on me following each appointment. She only does it upon request for new clients so make sure to ask. Of course, for me, she does it the MVP way and wraps my face up in a hot wet towel while she massages me scalp. I’m looking forward to my appointment in 30 days!

Stylist stood me up and no one did anything about it! I had an appointment this morning at 9:00 am. I got checked in at 8:55 and was told my stylist would arrive any minute. I waited until 9:30 and my stylist never showed up. Even worse, there were two stylist in the salon and they never said a word to me or tried to call my stylist to find out where she was. Obviously horrible customer service. Also, while I was sitting there I noticed there were 5+ cameras installed in the salon. I’m sorry but if you don’t trust your employees, why should I?

I just found this salon & am glad I did. As a blonde, I have had many nightmare hair stories… too yellow, too orange, etc. Cynthia did an amazing job. She was very friendly, fun to talk with, professional, and great at what she does. Listened to what I wanted & took the time to fully blow out my very curly long hair, making sure it actually looked good without complaining about the time it took. I did a full set of highlights & toned it to a perfect neutral blonde. I would highly recommend this salon & Cynthia.

Lisa does my hair and she does a wonderful job with my hair, always takes her time and gives me a nice head massage at the shampoo bowl:) The salon itself is always busy so try to book ahead, very nice inside and just from watching others the staff is very talented. I would highly recommend it!

Nice looking space I just wish the people were a little more helpful. I wanted to get a haircut maybe a 10 minute service and the available girl wanted to leave instead. I understand when you feel you are at the end of your day and don’t want to work more than you expected but that’s what separates good customer service from poor customer service. I don’t think I’d rate the company as a whole 1 star but it was accurate for my first experience.
