Came here to upgrade a phone because kid #3 had to have it today. Why do I acknowledge their unreasonable demands(the kids)? Store was pretty busy, we checked in with the greeters at the front of the store and began looking at display items. They called our name and the selling began… Protection/insurance, cases, screen protectors, speakers, more storage I really felt that it wouldn’t end. I said no more times than anyone should have to. When it finally did end the cost was $ 50 more than anticipated due to an activation fee? Basically the upgrade cost $ 50 more than the advertised price, just marketing to conceal the total price. Verizon has arguably the best network which comes at a premium. If you need that coverage in rural areas then Verizon is great. I will avoid Verizon retail locations at all costs from this point and purchase devices someplace else.

Horrible experience with people that refused to work with me. Multiple clients yelling at other employees due to bad service. Went in to get my iPhone replaced and waited about an hour for that. One reviewer mentioned it felt like a car dealership, i can agree. I asked my salesman to waive the $ 40 upgrade fee on my account and he had to go whisper to the manager my plea, to which i received a immature face and a head shake. I immediately remember why i enjoyed t-mobile so much before being forced to switch to Verizon for work. The service there rocks. Don’t go to this corporate store, Call the customer service number for better support, and people who listen and don’t’ treat you like toddlers.

This is my cell phone company! I love this store! I as of November 3rd, 2012 had upgraded my phone from a basic cell phone to a smartphone(an Apple iPhone 4)& I just love it!

Pretty packed but they got us in and out without a hitch… go to Beach and McFadden Verizon store for your needs. I had to return my son’s iPhone because the power button quit and it was replaced with no problems at all. I had to go back last night to replace my Galaxy(the screen froze) and i wanted to replace it before the 30 day get a new one was up. I made it just in time and got my brand new Galaxy and life is really good again. Everyone working there is very patient and nice. I would recommend this store when you need to go into the Verizon store…
