Being a business owner myself, it is usually against my nature to write anything negative about a fellow entrepreneur, but in this case I must make an exception. A friend of mine, beautiful persian woman, entered this shop and immediately was asked to leave. When my friend questioned this, the owner Forrest stated, you are not welcome here. This I could not believe so I ventured into the shop the following day. I too was asked to leave, this time Forrest stated«Please come back another time, you can no longer stay.». It was beyond belief so I asked around, and indeed many others have been asked to leave her surroundings, some in an extreme fashion I might add. Perhaps this is why the community in Salem Massachusetts did not welcome her, she apparently will ask those with strong energy to vacate. I have worked with nationally and internationally known intuitives, and they have never and would never act in such a manor. However, these individuals sole purpose is to aid others, and the only thing this wicked witch of the east is good for… is to discriminate, and humiliate. Not only is this a crime against humanity, but it should be against the law. I am certain she has had much eyebrow raising from the masses, you would think she would be more welcoming. The Witches Cauldron…2 huge thumbs down. I would have warned Forrest about this… but is she is the oracle she claims to be… she should have seen it coming.

Stopped in to the Witches Cauldron when I was passing through Amesbury. A sign outside stated that psychic readings were performed. Decided to check out the shop after spying a copy of «The Book of Shadows» in the window. Was poking around inside the shop when I saw some oils labeled with various names like«sensuality» & «India» in various states of use(half-gone to mostly used) that I assumed were testers. I picked one up to smell it and was startled by a man that appeared to work at the store(he had been examining my every move since i walked through the door) shouting«Don’t open the oils»! I quickly put it down & apologized for breaking an unknown rule. He shouted, «You will contaminate them»! I apologized again & told him that I thought they were testers. The lovely woman who also appeared to work there scowled and informed me that most of the people who buy the oils don’t need to smell them because they«know exactly what they are looking for». She went on to inform me that they were well known and very high quality oils from somewhere I don’t recall right now. Well, excuse me!!! A sign stating the oils are not to be opened would have been nice. I wished them a wonderful day & left. I have never been treated so rudely or even seen anyone be treated so unprofessionally in a store in my life. Although I am not a psychic, I do have pretty good intuition. My prediction for this establishment– it won’t be in business for very long.
