The guys at Brinestone saved my MacBook Pro, but they also saved me a ton of time and money by helping me navigate through AppleCare’s policies. The product repair was excellent and the service was fast, informative, and friendly. It was also great to skip the zoo at the Apple Store to take care of business in this clean, sharp, smart, and locally-​owned shop.
We loved it so much that we decided to return to buy an Apple TV. As with repair, the service was exceptional. We plan to go to Brinestone to meet as many of our future Apple needs as possible.
