I recently went to Stone Pony with my check list in hand. I found the person helping me was very helpful and stayed with me until I checked off all items on my list. When I came out of the dressing room there was a father and daughter that was being helped. I was ready to cash out. I figured I would be waiting. Not the case. I heard the staff member excuse herself letting those customers know that she just had to cash me out and would be right back. I have shopped at Stone Pony several times. I have always found great deals and the staff very helpful. I am also a business owner so I do expect customer service to be good. I also know that as a business owner you can not please everyone. I would highly recommend The Stone Pony.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received over $ 450 in gifts from the Stone Pony in Amherst NH. I had to return one of the gifts, pair of Tall boots, because they did not fit. Since there was not a pair in stock that fit me, the owner said she could order a pair. I ordered the new boots at that time and at NOPOINT was I told that I would not be able to return them, should they not fit. Unfortunately, this pair also did not fit. When I tried to return them, I was told that the Dealer(ARIAT) does not accept returns from retailers. THISWAS A LIE. I contacted ARIAT myself and they told me the retailer can absolutely return them. After much back and forth with the Store owner, and at one point being HUNGUPON, I was FORCED for the initial shipping of the boots and the return shipping to ARIAT(No proof of shipping costs was ever provided to me). I had to contact the store owner numerous times regarding the status of the return. The Store Owner refused to refund my money until she got hers back from ARIAT. I did not receive my MONEY back for more than a month. I WOULDNEVERRECOMMENDTHISTACKSHOPTOANYONE.

Horrible! Beware of dog!!! I went into this store to find some riding gear for my niece and as soon as I walk in the door a dog, yes — a DOG comes running through the store and jumps up on me and rips my shirt! I just bought that shirt from Ann Taylor the week before for $ 48 and what did the owner do — NOTHING! The dog jumped on me 4 times before she called it back and didn’t even offer an apology for her dog ripping my shirt. I am a dog owner myself but as a customer I don’t expect to walk into a store and be jumped by one while shopping — horrible store owner, terrible customer service and future customers — BEWAREOFDOG! They apparently let them run loose in that store and don’t care about the safety or property of their customers
