Nice shop, fair variety, little high on prices. Bought several items while on a vacation trip. Store offers shipping at an additional cost. Comforted by the sales clerk ANN, we purchased several items. We asked if they could also ship back a mug we purchased while at our graduation ceremony at nearby Liberty University, and they agreed to do with out a problem. We paid an additional $ 29.00 for shipping at time of purchase. Several weeks later we received our antiques, or what was left of them. The box was reused and was in very poor condition. The tape was coming off the box and little to no packing materials were used to protect our«special antique treasures«. All items were broken except for one. We promptly called the store LOU’S ANTIQUEMALL, and was given the run around for several days. Finally they released to us the name ROBERTOGDEN. This we were informed was the owner who worked at another location 2 of 3 in Amherst Va. He was pleasant at first, but he NEVERCOMPLETEDHISPROMISETOINVESTIGATE, ANDREFUNDUSFORTHEBROKENITEMSANDTHESHIPPINGWEPAID. Pretty big antique shop. Lots of goodies but were a little pricey on most items.

wide selection of primitives through 1970s collectibles. Very few«fine» antiques. Friendly staff. However, the prices are expensive. You may be willing to pay this price for something really special but this is not the place it you’re looking to find a bargain.

This place is packed full of beautiful things, but the prices are quite high. A great place to look, and buy with discretion.
