It’s a good choice for a chain, and the food is always well prepared and presented well. We had a problem once and they fixed it right away. They have made it better now that you are able to get on the list ahead of time. You’ll probably still have to wait though. Not too expensive. The to go service is great, they bring the food right out to your car.

My colleagues and I went to Russell’s for dinner and we all enjoyed ourselves. Upon entering the restaurant, we were very impressed by the very classy ambience. We were told there was a forty-five minute wait, but Mr. Salvatore himself came over to say hello and informed us that a table was immediately being prepared for our party of six. We all ordered different steaks and they were all outstanding! Garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables were also excellent. The restaurant is on the costly side, but reasonable and well worth it! I would definitely go back and so will my colleagues…

For a long time I used to always forget about outback. It was just one of those places that I could give or take, until recently. I went there about a year ago and had a couple drinks at the bar. Joe was our bartender and he went above and beyond for us. Everything was so fantastic that now I frequent Outback quite regularly. The staff is warm and welcoming every time and highly recommend the firecracker salmon. It’s fantastic.

We go to this location a few times a year, and don’t usually go with high expectations for a truly great steak dinner, but we like the atmosphere, and everyone can find something they like. We went on Christmas Eve, and we all were pleasantly surprised with how good all of our meals were! The steaks were all cooked as ordered, and did not have any gristle. Our server, Josh, was very attentive and very good natured, which is something that, for me and my family, can make or break a nice night out. We will definitely be going back next time everyone’s in town! Coconut Shrimp were huge, and cooked perfectly!

Despite it being the day after Christmas they sat me right away the staff is always amazingly kind and quick gotta great environment love the free beard I believe its pumpernickel delicious the food easily scores high in my book good variety of appetizers to choose from I always go for one of their great meat selections cooked either grill or wood fire also there seafood is to die for all at a great price I’m not really a drinker but they do have some nice outback inspired special mixed drinks and tasteful draft on tap and if your still hungry try some of their heavenly desserts that is why this is my favorite franchise chain restaurant p. s. Don’t have time to eat out or just fell like pigging out at home pick up some takeout they have available

I am between 2 – 3 stars. Our waiter was really nice so I did three. Obviously when you go to outback, you have to get the bloomin’ onion. It’s simple, spicy, and delicious. However it is a bit greasy and you are guaranteed terrible breath. This time ours was a little over done and not very easy to tear. But it was still delish. My accompaniment and I split the New York strip at a medium rare. Your dinner comes with brown bread and sides so splitting one is definitely enough. It was okay. It’s not Chophouse. But it’s decent for what you pay for. We ordered two side salads(nothing extraordinary) and a side of Aussie Fries. Apparently they changed the wording on their menu. We expected to get fries with cheese and bacon and ranch on top but we just got regular fries. The waiter let us know that .now. Aussie Fries are just regular French fries. He went and got us new fries but we were too full to even eat them by the time they came out. I ordered a strawberry peach sangria as well. It was just your typical chain restaurant sangria. Outback is good but it’s not fantastic.

Good steaks and appetizers. Service was very good, place seems to be well managed. We love our steaks very rare, we ordered them that way, and that is how they arrived. We will be back.

Not sure how a party can order three medium steaks and all three come medium-well /well done. Very disorganized staff. Putting a screaming hot plate down on table right in front of my toddler without even looking to see if that okay is totally unacceptable. Half of the staff was constantly on their cell phones(in full view of guests). Asked for refill when the refired steaks came out and didn’t get any refills or service ATALL for a solid 35 minutes. They came keep their comped deserts. It would take until Christmas next year to get them…

Stopped in on Sunday. We all ordered the steak and bottomless shrimp. We all enjoyed our steak and the shrimp. The deserts are out of this world and only $ 9 for 3 mini desert. Service was good.

Outback is a typical chain restaurant. Food is mass produced, but totally acceptable. Tonight our service was definitely lacking– the server was nowhere to be found throughout the night and it took about 15 minutes for her to pick up the check after the credit card was placed in its holder. My meal of a house salad(pretty good, but always overdressed), 6oz sirloin(cooked as requested), and a small sundae was acceptable. I was hoping for more of a dessert, but when I ordered the raspberry sundae it was simply a scoop of ice cream with raspberry sauce over it. Sundae implied to me whipped cream, nutes, but not what was presented here.

Came here with Brad on Thursday. We were both craving a Bloomin’ Onion. I now kind of wish we got the onion and then went somewhere else for dinner. I haven’t been here in about 6 years. Right away I noticed the décor has changed and they added those touch screen ordering systems. The food — I ordered that steak and shrimps that was on the commercials. I ordered it medium rare but really considered ordering it rare knowing it would be overcooked. It was. The shrimp were good. But I must say the best thing of the meal was the side I had. I got broccoli with cheese and it was delicious. The onion was good but I think by now they can’t mess it up. Brad had… I don’t even remember. One of the steaks. I remember he ate the whole thing and then some of my steak and shrimp. Whatever he had didn’t even fill him up. The service — I thought the service was decent. We were able to use the ordering system but our server came often. I asked what he thought of the ordering system and he wasn’t a fan. I don’t think we will be back though.

Great food!!! Restrooms were very clean(always a good sign). I feel like I did something wrong though. Everyone else was leaving with a doggie bag, but I left empty handed. Food was too good to stop!!!

Generally I try to steer away from chain restaurants because we live in buffalo after all but I find that I keep getting drawn back to outback. I love their steak and the usually have decent specials where you can pair it with shrimp or lobster. Their salads are great and they have amazing sides. I recommend the sweet potato

We’ve eaten at this Outback before with a more successful outcome, but unfortunately tonight’s dinner was up there with some of our worst ever experiences at Outback, the kind of experience that would almost make us never return to this location if it weren’t the closest to Canada that doesn’t charge the arm and a leg that you have to pay to eat at Outback in Niagara Falls.(Really, everything is 3x as much, like it used to be in the States when Outback first started, but even that was sounding better by the end of our meal if it had meant the service would have been on top of it and the food would have been close to the usual standards.) Honestly, the only slightly redeeming part of the meal was that they tried to fix some of the problems. There are pretty standard things we order at Outback, and we order them the same way every time we go there, and we had to send almost everything we ordered back because none of it was as it usually is. We ordered a half order of cheese fries, and it came with hardly any cheese on them the first time. When we mentioned this, they took them back and recooked them, and they were pretty decent when they returned… A lot cheesier. Then our entrees came. I ordered the Alice Springs quesadilla, which I get without bacon, and it came with mushrooms on only half of it, so they recooked it. While the manager was visiting us about my quesadilla, my husband discovered that his Outback Special was overcooked, so that had to be recooked also. The sweet potatoes were also a bit off… They were like half potatoes instead of full potatoes, but I guess it still tasted okay. The recook fixed the problem on the quesadillas, but the steak returned quite rare. At this point, we’d been waiting so long that what we had eaten had settled, so we just needed to-go boxes. At this point, it took over 10 minutes before our waiter came back to check on us. During that while period of time, my drink glass was empty. When our waiter finally did return to see if we were still working on dinner, he got us boxes and I had to request a drink refill. He did not ask us if we needed anything else or if we wanted dessert. Afraid there would be some problem with the dessert, but hoping for some redemption, I somewhat begrudgingly ordered the Chocolate Thunder over the fancy ordering device at the table. The waiter brought it a few minutes later, which was the last we saw of him. We were pretty certain he was afraid of us at this point, but perhaps he was just busy with his side work. Ironically, the Chocolate Thunder was an end piece, so it was a bit hard, and the bottom of it tasted a bit burnt. We paid the bill via the fancy table-side device, of which nothing was comped, but I guess they didn’t really make anything off our meal anyway since they had to cook basically everything twice. After paying, we slithered off into the night unnoticed by anyone at the restaurant… Or perhaps they were also too afraid to even say goodbye to us. Maybe it was just an off night at the Outback, but dine at your own risk, and don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I generally haven’t been very impressed with Outback Steakhouses I’ve eaten at in other states. Though I still think my husband grills a superior rib-eye, I was very happy with our meal tonight and he was enamored with his steak, potatoes and asparagus. My sons and mother in law were similarly pleased with their food. I had a Sugarplum Martini off the seasonal menu. It’s vodka, elder flower, amaretto, pomegranate and«red mix.» With a name like sugar plum, I thought it might be overly sweet, but it was very rich and well balanced. Plus it was a lovely deep shade of purple and garnished with gum drops, a wonderful mix of adult pleasures and childish delight. Servers came around with generous samples of the blooming onion and their Aussie cheese fries. I’ve never experienced that in a chain restaurant before. Cheese fries aren’t the most elegant dish, but if you’re a fan like me, theirs is the best. I think it’s the spicy ranch that makes it. I wish I’d ordered that as my meal though my coconut shrimp and garlic herb Parmesan fries were pretty good. I almost never order steak at restaurants(an exception being the Hawaiian ribeyes at Houston’s in Arizona) but I enjoyed the few bites I tried of his. Definitely better than steaks I’ve had at other outbacks. At an hour and a half, our meal seemed to last overly long but if you’re the kind of person who hates feeling rushed, that may be appreciated. Our server was fine and the floor manager was attentive. It’s probably more of a 3 ½ star kind of place but I’m rounding up due to everyone else’s overall enjoyment. I won’t mind bringing my Outback loving parents(who also grill a superior rib eye) here if they want when they visit.

Came here tonight for dinner after calling ahead. That service is so helpful. We only had to wait a few minutes versus 45, which was the wait time at 4:45pm. They have renovated the interior and it is really nice!!! Everything seems more spacious and comfortable. And way more modern! The entryway is still packed to the gills though, but it seems like there is more seating? Plus, they have a little station with citrus water to enjoy while you wait. There was no obnoxious loud music, like I experienced the last time I came in. Waitress was nice and efficient. Food, as usual, was delish. I will add a tip… WATCHYOURPURSES. Some creeper dude was hanging around the bar area, acting like he was looking for someone. I had my purse on the seat next to me and he came right up to the table to «look for someone» but was way too close for comfort. When I grabbed my bag, he walked away. Weird. Didn’t see him again after a while. Ugh. Keep your bags close on your body… Otherwise though, our dining experience was great! And if you sit at a 2-person bar table, it’s surprisingly pretty comfy. Better than those old booths they used to have at the bar.

I never go to chain restaurants but when someone gives you a gift certificate there is really no other choice. I would say that Outback is one of the better chain restaurants in the area. Our waiter was friendly and prompt, albeit a little too familiar and overly friendly, a trait common in chains.(I saw one waitress give an elderly lady a high five for finishing her meal — and our waiter called my stepdad«young man» all night). Other than that, the staff was very good. Staff was also willing to accommodate requests for less butter, less salt, etc. They didn’t even hesitate or roll their eyes. The food was good(I had chicken and shrimp with mixed veggies — everything cooked perfectly) but as is true of most chains, they rely very heavily on salt, butter and oil to flavor their dishes. While tasty, there is nothing unique or inspiring. I have no problem returning here if someone gives me a gift certificate. Otherwise, I will stick with my non-chain restaurants because I am a snob.
