Pizza Hut

First, let me state that I’ve only used this restaurant’s delivery service, so I can’t speak about the in-​restaurant dining experience.
This new-​ish Pizza Hut is located on Sheridan in the plaza next to Walmart and I’ve ordered from them several times. The online ordering experience (easy peasy), menu choices, food quality (fresh and tasty), fast delivery times (20 – 45 minutes) and prices are superb (as in $ 15 for two medium 1-​topping pizzas and a super large, freshly-​made, warm Hershey’s chocolate chip cookie).
What really makes this Pizza Hut stand out though is its CONSISTENCY – every time I place an order, everything is excellent.

Great customer service! My roommates and I ordered the $ 10 dinner box that includes one-​topping pizza, cinnamon sticks, and bread-​sticks.
The delivery took almost an hour, and our food was super cold and dried when we got it. I called to let them know and they gave us the credit to use for our next order! I wouldnt reccommend the $ 10 dinner box, but their other pies are satisying.

it was a Throwback Thursday, & bff wanted Pizza Hut. As she was paying, we went to, by God, Pizza Hut. I’ve never been to a PH in a strip mall before, only free standing locations. This is located in that snaky strip on Sheridan that ends at Sweet Home. This location opened in January, 2015.
We both chose the 5.99 AYCE buffet which offered variations of thin/​deep dish and dessert pizzas, breadsticks, some sort of pasta in red sauce, & a lonely looking green salad. Nice variety.
Our darling Server, RJ, made us a fresh pot of coffee, & the coffee mugs were large & sturdy.
Some loud (band saw, hammering) annoying construction taking place in the back of the restaurant, was a distraction to us. One star off.
The restaurant was not busy at 1:30 pm. Server had time to chat during a coffee top-​off, apologized for the construction noise. it turns out his mother was one of my high school teachers. Extra star for great customer service. I know it was a buffet, but still…
With all the great Buffalo pizza, PH tends to get overlooked. if you’re in the area, want an inexpensive, predictable buffet and great service, try this place.

New Ideas, New Location and New Choices, Same Pizza Hut. For a chain, it’s number 1 for chain pizza. They do well, for being in an area full of pizza parlors. It’s definitely a change of pace.

I hadn’t been to a Pizza Hut in years. My husband and I were looking for something quick to eat in the area, and decided to give it a try.
The food was exactly as I remember… Filling, with their typical thick crust pan pizza. They have updated their pizzas and now have a variety of crusts and afterbakes that are included at no extra charge.
The biggest surprise was the EXCELLENT service we received! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The District Manager happened to be present, and not only did she jump in and help out with the customers, but she was also just as pleasant and wonderful to all of the employees. It made for an unexpectedly enjoyable experience! They truly catered to each group as if they were the only ones there!
