Karen was very helpful and courteous. Friendly service. My only complaint was that the light in the unit did not work. We were moving stuff in when it was getting dark, so it was a mild inconvenience.

I avoid laundry mats usually as they are stinky and gross. However, when my bf needed to wash 4 beds worth of linen and he told me to go here I was IMPRESSED. the place is immaculate (and I have OCD, I know immaculate) great sitting area, book exchanges, two this with remotes so u can control volume and Channel. Wonderful!!! It was a little pricey but it’s worth it for the comfort. !!

I would recommend this Public Storage location to all my friends and family! The facility was immaculate and most importantly Judy in the front office made the experience so easy for me. She was on top of things and walked me through all I needed to know in a most pleasant manner – thanks Judy!

They were super nice, and the lady working behind the counter is pretty! Well, at least in my opinion. Super friendly, and does everything in a manageable and fast pace. I got everything I needed and all the paper work was filed in under 30 minutes which is impressive considering all the paperwork that is there! I’m a college student at the University at Buffalo, so I need to store my stuff every summer when I head back to New York City. Definitely would recommend this location no doubt!
