Sister knows mom is a fan of this Red Lobster. Mom and I were using sister’s gift certificate. Emily was our waitress. Mom absolutely loves their gumbo. Well, they’ve dropped the gumbo from their menu, so that cost them a star. Mom tried their fish chowder, but she only ate about half of it. Mom tends to blurt things out. We were sitting at a booth and I had a wall to my back. I have no idea who she was looking at in the next room, but she said, «Look at the sizes of the butts(she used a more commonly used word starting with the letter a) on these young people!» No, I didn’t turn around to look. The conversation then turned to the size of her own butt compared with the others. And then there’s those wonderful cheese flavored bread rolls. I had one. Mom ate the rest of the first batch. When the second batch arrived, she put the basket right next to her. So much for my chances at getting another one. At the end of the meal, observant and friendly Emily brought a bag of the rolls to the table so mom could take some home. Mom ate two more before we left. My fish sandwich was excellent BTW. I took a picture of it for everyone.

Place is not really clean, the staff is so unprofessional. I had to wait with group of 8 till manager himself cleaned one of the tables. Very slow!!! Food is good thats the only reason I’m giving 3 stars.

I’ve been going to Red Lobster for years, since I was in my 20’s. Over time I’ve realized it’s basically mediocre seafood for an expensive price. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve grown in my tastes or if the restaurant has gone that far downhill. The atmosphere is ok, the wait staff is nice, the décor is not bad, but to spend that amount of money for rubbery lobster and crab legs that are either still cold or are so dried out that you can barely eat them, it’s just sad. I hate to write this review because I love seafood, but lately I avoid this place like the plague. I only come here if it’s a family event and I have no other choice.

Came to this Red Lobster location to celebrate my new job promotion with my girlfriend. About a 8 minute wait. Our sever Initra(pretty name) seated and warmly greeted us right away. She brought over biscuits and our drink immediately and asked if we were celebrating anything, we told her it was my birthday(I wanted all the works i.e. The servers singing to me lol) she made great small talk and then recommended the ultimate feast for my glorious occasion. I obliged and my gf got shrimp Alfredo. We both got salads which were seasoned and dressed very well. Both entrees were great my lobster tail was cooked to perfection and I got to taste my girlfriend’s Alfredo which were awesome as well. All and all, I wasn’t expecting much from this place because one, it’s a chain restaurants and two some of the reviews were bad, but all credit is really due to our waiter who made us feel like royalty and our experience worth wild.(I mean hell the service was great enough to make me want to write this review haha). My expectations were blown away! I would definitely come back!

Usually don’t patronize chain restaurants too often in this city that’s full of local joints. But I’m a seafood fan and the words Lobster Fest are always appealing. I had the split lobster duel. Included 2 split lobster tails with langostino Mac n cheese, string beans and mashed potatoes. Everything was very good and we were well served by Kathy whose awesome!!! Made sure we were well taken care of and needed nothing. This was definitely an awesome experience and I’ll definitely be back.

came on a busy night and waited about 20 minutes. when we where seated our server Chris brought our order but kept forgetting things this was a pattern and kind of a joke at the table. we had the lobster dip for an app and it was very tasty. when we got our cheddar rolls that was awesome yum. I think I had the fish fry it was allright. I wouldn’t do it again. the soup was great in fact we all liked the soups. I had the potato bacon. desert I split a molten cake with one sister but it was the bananas foster that my other sister had that was fantastic. I probably won’t come back because my life is to short and service to to slow and confused. my waiter had 3 tables and couldn’t it.

I got extremely sick while I was still at the restaurant. Waiter did his job by telling his manager on duty. Can I ask someone if they drug test at this place? This manager, male, tall, African American on Friday 12⁄18 at around 9pm was on something, I say that being a 24 year old woman who has seen plenty of people at raves on drugs in college. If he wasn’t on something he was the dumbest, rudest man ever to cross my path. So I’m hoping he was just high. This man came up to my table(my girlfriend and I) and said«hello» we replied with a friendly«hello» back(we had no idea who this man was, did not introduce himself nor did he have a name tag on) he then said«hello» again THREEMORETIME, still had yet to introduce himself. At this point I’m annoyed thinking this is another customer bothering us. Finally he said«I’m(name here) I heard you got sick» I told him«yes, very sick» He then asked if I was okay… I replied«well I just threw up, I mean I’m feeling better now because I threw up» He then said to me «so you threw up in the bathroom?» At this point I was just annoyed with this man because he was a complete idiot! I told him«yeah I projectile vomited in the very first stall in the bathroom here» He then asked me if the bathroom was a mess and if it should be cleaned… like are you kidding me?! I told him I’m sure it smelled like vomit and should probably be cleaned. It’s not my job to tell you if your bathroom should be cleaned or not! Have one of your workers go in and clean it regardless! Or check to see if you want it cleaned. In the end I still ended up paying $ 30 bucks for my food that I threw up and left even more aggravated because of this manager. Note: I ate a salad, rolls, cup of lobster bisque and the appetizer size of coconut shrimp(didn’t Finnish the shrimp). I don’t ever plan on coming here again because of the manager and if I did I would eat before and watch my friends around me eat because I refuse to be treated the way I was again. Completely pathetic!

I love seafood and I love red lobster! At times portions are off but Over all food wise it’s good to eat with great taste! Love the unlimited shrimp deal when it’s around!

As the rise in fancy non-chain restaurants increases, the need for places like this seems to decrease. Much hasn’t really changed about this place. They have your traditional surf and turf and occasional unlimited specials as advertised on television. I was never too impressed with this place. The atmosphere is just horrible because of that typically old carpet, smelly odor that fills the air in most of these chain restaurants. Overall, the prices are still a bit high for the food offered here. The salads get wimpier every time I come. In addition, the shrimp here is pretty sad.

Arrived and was greeted quickly, gentleman said he would go get the table ready. Took ten minutes before he came back, mind you we were one of eleven in restaurant at the time. Once at our table we waited another ten minutes before anyone came and asked if we have been helped. We weren’t acknowledged for quite some time. Once server came she did great job, hints the two starts. Food was still great.

Very delicious. Everything is near-perfect. My only concern is that the drinks(I got some fancy juice) and the deserts(the chocolate cookie with ice-cream, shown in the last page of the menu) are very expensive. I have no problem with the price of the main dishes, $ 27 is fair for this quality, but $ 7 for a drink and another for a cookie is a bit expensive, I think. Oh, and the service was super-awesome.

I came here with Brad on Saturday and it was the first time here for both of us. There was a 20 minute wait and about 10 other couples waiting. We decided to get a drink at the bar. I ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri and Brad ordered a frozen mango drink. Both of them really lacked alcohol. For $ 7 each, we watched as the bartender put 1 shot of liquor in each drink. They were both super sweet too. While we were waiting, I noticed a room full of set tables that was completely empty. It really bothers me when a restaurant has a wait but there are empty tables. When we finally got a table, we ordered a lot of food. We got Shrimp Nachos for appetizers and then the 4 courses for $ 16. We both got clam chowder and Caesar salad. I got the coconut and pineapple shrimp and Brad got seafood alfredo. Then it came with a slice of cheesecake and a brownie. Shrimp Nachos — these were very good. We gobbled these down. Coconut and Pineapple shrimp — This was good too. The pineapple shrimp were very spicy. The coconut shrimp were great. Seafood Alfredo — this was a very small portion. Brad said it was just«okay» Desserts — these were tiny. Although we were stuffed and took them home, they were still very small. The service was good. Though the food came out very, very fast. We had the nachos for about 3 minutes before the entrees came. We actually put the entrees to the side of the table so we could enjoy and finish the nachos. This always seems to be a problem at any restaurant we go to. The bill came to about $ 47 for just the food. I thought this was just okay. We may be back, but considering we both went 26 years without coming, it’s probably not likely. I think the food at Joe’s Crab Shack is much better and the drinks are a lot stronger and worth the cost.

It’s Red Lobster, the food has to be wonderful, and is. I was confused about the twenty minute wait at three in the afternoon on a Saturday… oh well good food and drink as always…

There’s no complaints from me about this establishment. Didn’t have a long wait to be waited on nor didn’t have to wait long for my order at this place. The waitress was nice and you can pretty much pick where you would like to be seated.

Service everything +++. Had shrimp tacos. Sauce piquant, cabbage garnish fresh. Hope to return to Red Lobster and order this dish again. I would recommend this restaurant to friends.

This place is bad, everytime I come here they forget to order half my food, I am done with bad service Either get my food right or don’t work as a waitress and why would you off to get my appetizers after my meal was served. Won’t come to this one again

On their Grand Patron Margarita– it’s a good drink but it’s SO dumb that it comes with a «sidecar» of Grand Marnier– as you have to put the Grand Marnier IN the drink because that is one of the ingredients IN a margarita. So the whole sidecar thing makes no sense other than they want you to THINK you’re getting something extra!

I’m not a big fan of chains but I would be fine going back to a Red Lobster. It was my first time at this chain and I liked it. The food was reasonable but what I was really wowed by was the service. A++! Our waitress Krystal was wonderful! She genuinely friendly and very quick! The place was also spotless and very well organized, which impressed me a lot.

One of the least busiest places on a friday night to dine at. We stopped in because who can resist the cheddar bay biscuits that come with anything you order and did I mention these delicious biscuits are unlimited? The food is just ok, nothing to write home about but nothing to stick my nose up about either. I enjoyed my food. I do have to say the service was quite exceptional! I don’t recall our servers name but he couldnt have been any better or more accommodating. Red Lobster gets a 3 out of 5 for many reasons which are as follows: Its a chain… need I say more? Elaborated… 1.) The food is good, but not great 2.) Same old boring décor 3.) last but not least I WOULDRATHERSUPPORT A LOCALBUSINESSANYDAYTHANANYCORPORATERESTURANT. Nothing against them, I just believe in helping the little guy.
