Awesome pizza and subs. Delivery arrived in a timely matter. Some toppings are a little pricey, but overall great quality food!

Nothing to complain about. The pizzas are always cooked properly with fresh ingredients. Not greasy like almost every other place around. Can be a little pricey, but the quality of the pizza easily makes up for that.

This is my favorite pizza place. The owner and his family are present all the time, which gives you that special customer service and personal attention. This place has great VEGANOPTIONS!!! Try the vegan pizza !! As for the standard pizza shop fare, the pizza’s come out with fresh ingredients. The subs are fab. as well. I believe the Mediterranean sub, either veggie or with the lamb is popular and many of my friends enjoy on a regular basis. Another big it is the buffalo chicken wings! YEPBESTINAMHERST. I challenge you to try them.

BEST pizza in Amherst, no question! This is a family business with amazing and fresh options. The owner, George and his two children who work with him will always go out of their way to make sure you have the best food experience! Try the spinach crust. Awesome!

Best Pizza in Amherst! I have lived here for 28 years. This is the most consistent restaurant with the best crust, the best sauce and the best toppings EVER… There is nothing else to say… I get my pizza fix every Thursday…

Great service. Good pizza. George went out of his way to make sure we had pizza delivered for our Sunday party. Thanks George!

I liked the chicken parm grinder I got here. The free bag of chips and cole slaw was a nice perk. I might come here again. Note there’s no indoor seating, just two picnic tables outside.

Snagged a slice from my roommate. Looked alright, but the oil was off like it was cheap as hell and old. Seems to be a thing with pizzerias, but can’t give many stars regardless.

Wow! Healthy pizza! I’m so excited to live near Sibies Pizza! Where else will you find a whole-wheat pizza crust option? Not to mention a vegan cheese option, and even an almost-gluten-free pizza crust option!(As wheat free as a pizza can be when there is flour dust everywhere.) They also feature three different vegetarian specials, that all sounds so good it is hard to choose. So far my family has been enjoying the Mediterranean Veggie so much that we have yet to try one of the others. Even my kids like it! Not a sitdown place, this is the place to pick up a pizza, or have it delivered. There are no seats, unless you count a picnic table outside. That said, if you want a nice place to sit down with your pizza, I believe the bar across the street, the well regarded Moan and Dove, allows you to bring food in. Maybe call and double check, but that’s what someone told me!

Dank first experience. Great fries that are to die for! Huge portions too. Perfect for those lunch and a snack later kind of days.

The party pizzas taste better than the regular ones. As to why, I don’t know, but it’s all partay from here on out for me :)

Generally, I prefer a thin crust pizza. While Sibies is on the thicker side, I still enjoy it. I’m not really into some of their crazier pizzas(taco, por ejemplo), but I LOVE their thin crust tomato basil! ingredients taste fresh. The subs are good-the veggie burger blast is amazing. Wish the bread was a little harder, but maybe that’s just me. Basically, Sibies is great for what it is. Very affordable, and they deliver pints of Ben & Jerrys!

Oh Sibies. Where to begin? Pizza here can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, other times it’s «meh.» I asked for pineapple on my pizza and I barely got any, and what was there was weirdly distributed. Most the pizza slices only had a couple little triangles per cut, while 2 slices seemed to have most the meager pineapple I was allotted. While I enjoyed those 2 slices, I would have liked the others more had there been more pineapple(or a better distribution of it.) The sauce to cheese ratio is inconsistent, sometimes it’s good, sometimes I question whether they’ve forgotten to put sauce on the pizza and are hoping no one notices. Pro: Consistently fast delivery.

Best pizza in the area, in my opinion. Yes, there are other places that are good, but Sibie’s is the only place I crave. Love their delicious, chewy whole wheat crust. White sauce is a little greasy and garlicky for my taste, but red sauce is nice and toppings are good. Got an OK sub here once, but definitely plan to stick with whole wheat pizza from now on. Very run down, but it’s takeout or delivery only, so it doesn’t much matter. They always have coupons on their website, so make sure to look for those.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered take out for myself and a few people. My order was a cheeseburger sub, PLAIN, no lettuce or tomato, and especially no pickles which I do not like at all. When I called back to try and get the order correct, I was put on hold and then when I told the OWNER that my order was wrong he made it seem like it was a huge issue to recook another one. I asked if there was a problem and he said he didn’t understand why I couldn’t pick off all the ingredients I didn’t want in the first place. He then said he would make another one and at that point I was insulted and wanted nothing to do having a disgruntled employee remaking a sub for me. I asked for a refund and was told no. I’m brand new to Amherst and have been treated horribly at restaurants and bars but this is by far the worst of it all. IF your customer is a hassle for trying to get an order they are paying for correct you are in the wrong business.

Decent pizza, good for a college area. Perfect for a quick lunch but I’ve found that the quality of food isn’t always consistent.

Pretty much take-out only, with one futon and one armchair to wait in, but every time we’ve ever tried them they’ve delivered decent neapolitan-style pizza very quickly. As a neighborhood sort-of-college-town pizzeria, you could do worse, and indeed in previous years several franchises at the corners here in South Amherst have done worse. With the Moan & Dove catty-corner(you can take your pizza in there and eat it with expensive beer and very low lighting) it makes for a fine combination.

Inconsistent is the best term I can think of. The first time we ordered a pizza here it was pretty decent. The chicken fingers we got for my son were really tasty as well. The second time the pizza was over sauced and with too much cheese, so instead of hanging together it just sort of fell apart as you tried to it eat. The excess sauce ruined any chance of a slightly crispy crust that I enjoy. Adding a star because upon reading my review the owner reached out to apologize for the inconsistency and make it right. Service like that counts!

Traditional puffy-style pizza. With REAL fresh veggies(not canned mushrooms). My 5 stars may be biased because I was really hungry and just had an awesome slice of mushroom & green pepper pizza. Mmmmmmm! Note — they only do slices for lunch.
